Bandido Taqueria Mexicana

I loved this place! I had a carne asada burrito and my wife had the steak Bandido Super Fries. The portions were huge! I enjoyed that they didn’t charge extra for guacamole, which most restaurants seem to do. The food was delicious!

i placed my order at 2:21pm. It sat in the window, some time. When I got it, it was wrong. So I took it back, and they fixed it. I started eating at 2:35pm.
Part of the problem was the girl who took my order could not hear between the load music and her headset on.
I have had problems giving my order before but it was always right.
And my food like I said sat there between 5 to 10 mins in the window. They were to busy to get it. But part of the problem is it's to loud to properly order when they also have an ear blocked by a head set that is also giving orders.
But once I got my food it was great.

When this restaurant first came to st.Matthew the quality of customer service was so much better however now they are busy over worked and inconsistent I was told todo they don’t take orders over the phone after another staff had took my order this completely ruined my appetite for tacos or wanting to further commitment of business today is taco Tuesday but your too busy for phone orders…ok!! Don’t eat here poor customer service

Get the French fry nachos with steak and queso. Soo good. The fried tacos are small and not filling. Alot of good flavors here.

The food was great but just head up - they will charge you a merchant fee when you use any type of card payment. There was “Advantage Program” fee on my receipt but they couldn’t explain to me why. It around .75c for $20 order. It was not much which I don’t mind but haven’t see it before. Since they don’t offer any rewards program. I just wondering what is it.

I have now eaten at both locations in CA and KY and they did not disappoint!!! amazing food with great service on top.

Meal was so good it gave me hope that Louisville food isn't complete trash (although it is lol)

This place would be so much better without the one rude drive thru worker named Britney according to my receipt. I give people grace because people can have off days so I've let her slide a number of times. But to be rude all the time is unnecessary. Not sure why the attitude ALL the time.

The 1 star is because no matter how good a restaurants food is the customer service provided can ruin the whole experience. As I said before I come there often. If someone is having an off day I understand. I even understand having them more then one off day. The many times I visited She was always been rude to me. Being rude all the time is a problem. I visit on days other then Tuesdays and she's the same. I don't even want to come anymore after my last experience with her. So that's why I gave you 1 star.

This was my first time here and I really did not know what to order but I did get 3 wrap taco rolls. I did not like it. They were dry and covered with lettuce tomato and some kinda cheese sauce. I also asked for regular Mexican corn. I gets home it was covered in Doritos dip.Although my drink was ok I spent too much for my daughter and myself just too throw it all away. Thank you

The rude young lady strikes again. Stopped by while getting my oil changed nearby in St Matthew’s. Snapped a picture of the menu to send to my wife, and this young lady started grilling me in front of the entire restaurant accusing me of secretly taking a picture of her. She doubled and tripled down to a point where I ended up showing her the picture of the menu on my phone, which still wasn’t enough to put her mind at ease. I suggest training staff in conflict resolution. Maybe check one of the several cameras in the restaurant before you start trying to publicly shame a customer. Absolutely insane behavior from that employee.

Delicious food! We came back two nights in a row. The first night we got the crispy taco and burrito bowl. The second night a burrito bowl, Birria Tacos, and Carne Asada Street tacos. Try the different sauces. It’s all good!!
