Hannah the bartender is the absolute sweetest! She makes incredible drinks, is very personable and we witnessed genuine kindness to those in need. The food is amazing - we visited twice during our stay because of both of these things once for lunch and once for dinner - truly memorable experience!

We really wanted to eat here last night, walked in the sign said “seat yourself” so we sat inside right in the middle of the dinning room, was not crowded by any means. We checked out the menu and waited for 20min while no one came to our table. The security guy kept walking around but no waiter/waitress to be seen. Finally just got up and left, went next door and had a wonderful dinner. 🤷🏻♂️

upon entry 2 staff members behind the bar and a female staff member at the entry to kitchen behind a wall chatting it up on her phone. People were observed leaving due to no service. after 10 minutes I asked for a bar towel to clean a table so my party and I could sit down. food was mediocre at best and our pretzel bites allegedly weren't even written down. we did get the pretzel bites after our meals were served and someone please tell me why the hell we couldn't get a rootbeer served when it's on the menu?! guy said he couldn't serve it where we were sitting. Not sure any of them had a bit of ambition as they were very snail like. 🙄 I encourage you to keep walking, don't let the loud music lure you in!

the nachos LOOKED amazing but TASTED sub-par. under the top warm layer, the cheese wasn't even melted and all the ingredients were cold. the pulled pork was ICE cold on some pieces. the window to the street was open, which at first I thought was nice until the people standing outside smoking were causing cigarette smoke to blow right into where I was sitting. the soda i got was flat. the only small redeeming quality was the bartenders were nice.

Ordered the Cowboy burger and it was delicious! We had to wait only just a few minutes when we sat down and our serve was apologetic and offered a free soft drink on the house! Service was great and the food came out quick and sooo hot! Love it. 10/10 recommend. Our server was named Wesley. Thanks for an awesome experience!
