upon entry 2 staff members behind the bar and a female staff member at the entry to kitchen behind a wall chatting it up on her phone. People were observed leaving due to no service. after 10 minutes I asked for a bar towel to clean a table so my party and I could sit down. food was mediocre at best and our pretzel bites allegedly weren't even written down. we did get the pretzel bites after our meals were served and someone please tell me why the hell we couldn't get a rootbeer served when it's on the menu?! guy said he couldn't serve it where we were sitting. Not sure any of them had a bit of ambition as they were very snail like. 🙄 I encourage you to keep walking, don't let the loud music lure you in!

They have a hummus platter which was good. They also have a beyond burger. There were no vegan breakfast option on the menu. I ordered avocado toast and the bottom of the bread was buttered 🙃

We stopped in and had a salad and a burger. Both were good, but service was not great. The hot tea was not, and first tea cup was not clean. Overall the place was dirty. Tables not wiped, debris on the floor. We won't be back.
The food was pretty darn good. I had a ceasar salad, fresh and crisp, with plenty of chicken/bacon topping. Ceasar dressing was good - not really the dairy (which I dont care for) creamy , but smooth & flavorful. My companion had the cowboy burger, also fresh, cooked appropriately, with fresh toppings, and he ate all the fries before I could even taste them! I heard they were good. The atmosphere was casual, open, and fun. The live music was enjoyable and pretty good. There were tv's all around to watch the game(s)! Our service was okay, although the bartender was 100% sass! HaHa! At least she was engaging. The other servers appeared to be aloof and not really accommodating. I don't really want to be bothered while eating, so I was fine with that. My "spent" amount reflects a couple beers or drinks per person. Definitely would've been less without alcohol - but then why go to a bar?! All in all, I would give it a solid B+.

Stopped in on a Saturday night. Though there was a show upstairs, the dining area was fairly empty. It took 15 mins before someone took our drink order. We went ahead & ordered food at the same time. 45 mins later, no food, and no one had checked in on us. We went to cancel our order as we had tix to a game and needed to leave. While the apologies were appreciated, the lack of service and communication weren't.

First time to Kentucky and First dining experience. Sign was to seat ourselves, so we did just that by the street window. Waited 15 mins for service and had to find a server who was clearly irritated when we asked for service. First, we were served the complete wrong meals, and then while eating our meals our appetizer came out again. We asked for a fork and water, never got it. Went and got our own water out of our car. Asked for a to go box, never got it. Waited 15 mins for our drinks after ordering them. Server was clearly irritated when we asked for our bill and sternly handed it to us. She was so rude to us and clearly should rethink being in customer service. The food was great but wouldn't go back after such treatment.

We had a great meal the first time we were here. This last time...not so much. The fried mac bites were ok. I had the grilled chicken Caesar salad. It was huge but the chicken was so so and the dressing wasn't very Caesary. My daughter had a sandwich that was ok. I would definitely stick with the burgers. We really enjoyed them but sadly this review is for our most recent trip...

My wife and I went in this place to order a couple whiskeys and a desert and were surprised by how rude the female bar tender was. We sat at the bar on a fairly slow evening and waited patiently for the female bartender to finally acknowledge us. She glared at us while taking our order then walked away before we were finished ordering. We decided to get up and leave. Good thing we did because we found another restaurant that had kind staff and great desert.

As a long-time Louisville visitor from Illinois, i consider your town easily my favorite city. I came in expecting to really enjoy a great meal and a couple of drinks to unwind . Self seated on the window due to the restaurant being packed ,waited 15 min to not be acknowledged.
Walked to the bar to let the help know we were there and got a Lil annoyed blonde say ok, we're slammed, and we will get there! Finally, get a drink and food order in and wait another 15 min . I walked out and grabbed my own water from my truck . Appetizers came out fresh and large portioned ! Order came out. Spot on... best burger I've had in town ! Then, the kitchen sent our appetizers out again and then our order ( not ordered again) we ordered another round of drinks and requested to close out and waited 15 min on the bill .
When the irritated blonde snapped the bill into my fiancé's hand, I was surprised at the spicy attitude! I left the cash at our seat.
I've never been served or treated like this in a restaurant or bar by the help ever .
Great food and drinks ! ....Honestly, I wish you good luck with your business if this woman keeps it up. She's not a great representative for your impressive investment.
