This place was good! Found it on a local map of suggested local food. The atmosphere was ok. It was a slow night and there weren't a lot of people there. Service was good. Food was good. Drinks were a little on the expensive side which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Mac and cheese bites appear to have meat in them. I would highly suggest mentioning that on menu for folks like myself who have allergies. I understand that it is particularly my fault for not asking questions. Parm fries were great, pineapple upsidedown cake drink was delicious, and husband enjoyed his burger. Service could have been a little more attentive. Despite accidently ordering something I'm allergic to and couldn't eat, I would potentially give it another try...

Shout out to bartender Hannah at The Barrel!!!! You rock girl! Hubby and I drove 16 hours from the U.P. of Michigan to Louisville for the Louder than Life concert. After trying to decide where to kick back, have a few drinks and an appetizer we decided on The Barrel and we weren't disappointed! Hannah took great care of us with drinks and snacks. Plus she gave us info and advice on getting around easier at Louder Than Life. Thank you again Hannah!!!
