I ordered a pretty large ice cream sheet cake for a bridal shower. When I went to pick it up, the writing on the cake was incorrect. I asked if they could fix it by just covering it up with some additional icing. The girl told me she didn’t even know where the icing is stored and she couldn’t do that, but I could go to the store and buy some. I had measured my freezer space to make sure it would fit before I went to pick it up… When I got there, they had no way of measuring the cake at all. I was told they did not have any type of ruler or tape measure. I guess I should’ve brought mine from home. It did not fit in my freezer and I had to cut all of the cardboard platform to make it fit. The cake was $90, which I thought was high, but it was good. The customer service was not good at all. Next time I’ll go to Dairy Queen.

Terrible service. I was there before closing and the door was still open and an old guy who identified himself as “the owner” told me that they were close. He was super rude and unprofessional. I go to this place every Sunday and today it was the last time. Horrible service and if the old guy is really the owner he should be ashamed of himself because he is very rude and arrogant.

Baskin Robbin’s has been in the same location in Hikes Point since the shopping center opened. It’s there for me when I crave ice cream.

Sign and Google says they close at 10 and the guy inside said they're closed. I arrived 25 minutes before 10. Don't say you close at 10 if you don't stay open till 10
Very low stock, the place is outdated and desperately in need of a makeover. Staff was nice.

This is my favorite place to enjoy all the different flavors of my all round favorite ice cream. The service is very hospitable and welcoming. The atmosphere is family oriented and friendly. I spent a lot of time with my grandchildren here. I highly recommend it.**********

Store closes at 10pm we went on 01/22/25 we reached there at 9.25 and asked for what all cakes do you got,the service was too bad that they are in very hurry to close store at 9.30pm where it supposed to be at 10 Its my friend birthday and this is near to me I asked for writing name on it but they refused as we closing! Couldn't find for better cakes as not guided and told that cakes are not sold which receipts are attached I dont like mint flavor but bought with no choice left Thank you for making birthday very special Worst baskins Change your timings to 9pm instead 10 And we spend $30 for the one which we dont like
