This is my favorite place to enjoy all the different flavors of my all round favorite ice cream. The service is very hospitable and welcoming. The atmosphere is family oriented and friendly. I spent a lot of time with my grandchildren here. I highly recommend it.**********

Store closes at 10pm we went on 01/22/25 we reached there at 9.25 and asked for what all cakes do you got,the service was too bad that they are in very hurry to close store at 9.30pm where it supposed to be at 10 Its my friend birthday and this is near to me I asked for writing name on it but they refused as we closing! Couldn't find for better cakes as not guided and told that cakes are not sold which receipts are attached I dont like mint flavor but bought with no choice left Thank you for making birthday very special Worst baskins Change your timings to 9pm instead 10 And we spend $30 for the one which we dont like

Got there at 9:30. They told us we were closed even though there was a clear sign that they were open and on the door said they did not close till 10 PM. Do not have a sign on your door that says 10 PM if you were going to close early, not be returning

Omg this place is disgusting! Me and my family went to this baskin robbins on a late evening they were all giving us weird looks the moment we walked in we proceeded to order we said, “could we order a brownie sundae?” We couldn’t even finish our order before one of the little girls in there said “were out of brownies ugh” like girllllll cutting the person we were ordering with off he had to look back at her like dangg,while she had the worst attitude mind you it smelled like a sewer the appliances in there was broken like on its last leg broken. I will never go back to this baskin robins and I would advise you not to either!

Went to this location excited to try the new beach day sundae. The employees didn’t know how to make it. Two of the employees thought it would be ok to stand there texting on their phones. My daughter had to tell them what was in the sundae. They stated they weren’t trained on it. Then tried to give a spoon that was laid out on the counter. I’ll ride the extra miles to the other location.

Omg please remodel this location!!! I just watched one of the employees try and re place a door over the fridge that had broken off….everything else about this place is outdated, broken, and disgusting.

All of the ice cream in this building is melting in their freezers which are not keeping the ice cream at the proper temperature. This food is completely unsafe for consumption. I'm reporting this so they can be inspected. Ice cream that's not kept at the proper temperature throws bacteria which can cause serious illness.

Easily the worst BR I've ever been to. Everytime I come to this location they just toss the ice cream on the cone leaning to the side and just ask if I want a cup. The point of getting a cone is to ear the ice cream with the cone, not like a milkshake, smh. They also have a very small selection of ice creams compared to other locations as they keep one whole freezer unit empty
Ice cream is good and the staff friendly. Only gripe is that this location could use a serious facelift. It looks very rundown and dirty
