I placed an order for a custom cake at a different location, and received a call the day of pick up saying that the decorator was sick and the other store would be unable to complete the order. This store on La Grange Rd was able to take my order and complete the cake in a short period.

Place is always closed at least 30min before closing time. Lights out and everything.

Since this shop has been around I have always gone to it and always loved it. Unfortunately with the new ownership I am very disappointed. Every time I ask for 2 scoops of ice cream it is the size of children scoop of ice cream, it is ridiculous and it’s expensive. For that price I will drive elsewhere like Graters and get more ice cream at the same cost.

Terrible store. Boiling hot eveng though it is an ice cream store. Terrible customer service, crazy prices, and tiny scoops. The new owners have really drove this store into the ground.

Frustrating experiences here under new owners. Earlier I went to use coupon type I have used before at other locations many times no issues, and here before. But here was told it wasn’t correct after I’d been rung up and when I mentioned I’ve used before the manager was rude and unwilling to help in any way to fix the situation. Left frustrated by it, and the prices here are way too high - $6+ for one scoop? Definitely would recommend the Middletown location first.

I NEVER write reviews. This place is to be avoided at all costs. The prices are outlandish per scoop of ice cream. The Lemon Custard ice cream, which my daughter had loved at another location, had SOURED. The gentleman behind the counter, who I believe to be the owner, even seemed uncomfortable selling the 2scoops to my daughter. I hope this place goes out of business.

The past few times I have been there, they have given me low-quality customer service. The employees do nothing to make you feel welcome as you walk in the door, or throughout your entire time in the store. They seem upset every time I pull out my phone to use my Baskin Robbins reward points. On our last visit, they charged three extra items to our order that we did not purchase. When we tried to address that with them, they argued with us and were reluctant to give us our money back.

High not good ice cream was melted

Bought 1 small milkshake and 1 scoop of ice cream for over 14 dollars! What?
I said if my milkshake was 6. Something, how is this possible? He said, whipped cream 1.00, and m& m’s on the scoop was 1.00.
We counted 7!!!!! 7 m&m’s for 1.00?
Inflation is not this bad.
Plus, the milkshake was not a milk shake. It was a milky diluted mess.
Buys beware. This is horrible.

Dear owners please please work on these milkshakes how does anyone order one every single one I get tastes like it just water milk and flavor chocolate etc . These are supposed to be thick and actually frozen please work on the milkshakes I’ll try again in 2 weeks

A Baskin Robbins ice cream cake has always been my birthday tradition! Best ice cream cakes around. We walked in and licked on from their pre-made selection in store, and they had plenty of options! The workers were very friendly and wrote “Happy Birthday” on it for me! Excited to dig in!

We ordered a custom birthday cake and it turned out lovely. The lady we worked with was very helpful and super patient as my daughter decided what she wanted the cake to look like. Highly recommend!

The woman working there was the sweetest. She decorated a Birthday cake for my daughter just how she wanted it. So nice.

Love the new owners! We used to come in and kids would be sitting on the counter or hiding in the back room. Now, the store is always clean, always stocked, and the staff is so friendly! Best Baskin-Robbins location in town!
