I stopped at this location yesterday evening to purchase the Love Potion ice cream. After waiting quite a few minutes I had to walk to the back of the store and call out to see if anyone was actually there! I asked for 2 quarts of the love potion. He said they were out, but he would make me some. As I was watching him pack the quarts, I realized he was not packing them to be full. He was allowing air pockets that made it use much less product. The ice cream was soft enough to fully packed and I told him he was not packing it full. He told me he was. I said, no you’re not. He said yes I am. I should have walked out at that time. When I got home, I got my spatula and pressed the ice cream down to pack it tightly. There was a good 2” or so of head space. To my way of thinking, he stole that much ice cream from me. Additionally, I weighed the container with my scale and it was a far cry from 32 ounces. I call him a thief and I will never return to that store. BEWARE!

Worst over! I have been here all the time before the new people took over. I will never be back. 2 Milkshake nothing but milk it like water. Also had them make me a quart of ice cream and they do not fill it up they make it look full but it is nothing but large pocket. This place will not be around much longer if this is the way they are doing business.

I have visited this location probably a dozen times. I always get them to pack a quart of my favorite icecream. I've always been very happy. But there was someone new this afternoon. I thought the quart felt light when I picked it up. When I opened it after dinner, from appearances it looked full. But when I scooped down in it, there were empty pockets. Not little pockets. And multiple
empty areas. It's very clear the intention of shorting the ice cream for larger profit. I won't be going back.

Teach your employees how to make milkshakes!! My daughter and I just went there for milkshakes the LaGrange rd location. They are the worst milkshakes we’ve ever -had the consistency is pure liquid. See my photo of my chocolate “milkshake” it is actually chocolate milk- that’s why all the bubbles. The guy must have out barely any icecream in them and tons of milk. We actually went home and put our shakes into our blender and added icecream from home. Don’t go for milkshake unless you want to spend $7 for a cup of flavored milk.

If I could give the customer service a negative 0..I would, but hopefully this review is noticed by someone who cares more than the workers that cared on the night of 11/20/2024. My son and I walked into this empty building to see not even a worker around. We stood there for 5 mins (I took video) we said hello..to receive no greeting. It was my sons birthday that is the only reason I stayed per his request. Waited a few more minutes to open the door again as to ‘ring the doorbell’ just to see the works a guy and a girl sitting right in the office, listening to music. Talking to one another. When they finally noticed me, and my son is laughing at the fact that we could have made our own ice cream by now. Obviously made them upset. The guy working that night had the nastiest attitude. As if I told him to scoop ice cream for a living…. once we left. I am assuming a Manager of some sort came through the door and walked directly behind the counter, and started talking to the workers. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said I would have to come back in the morning. This customer service, and the workers are pathetic.

I hope it let's me post pics. I bought the turkey cake and compared to the online picture it was so sad lol. I only kept it because I didn't have the heart to tell the person that made it how awful it was. I'm just here to say, don't waste the $40 unless you want the giggle of a Pinterest fail. Also, for the love of ice cream, clean the bathroom, it was filthy filthy.

Never had Chocolate Fudge. Owner is Jerk!

I ordered a Birthday cake on a Wednesday was charged for the cake told to pick the cake up on Saturday. I came to pick the cake up they didn't make the cake. They said they were really sorry and refunded the money. However absolutely unreliable and horrible customer service to have a birthday cake ordered go to pick up the cake on the days event and there is no Cake. AWESOME job guys and wouldn't even give me a mangers number.

This Baskin-Robins has an A rating, it's an A+ for me! The women working are helpful and smiling! They make their own waffles bowls & cones! The Cotton Candy ice cream is delicious and I would recommend it with a waffle cone! There's blue booth side seating with chairs in the dining area as well as 3 pink soda fountain stools with counter facing the windows!

The ice cream cake looked completely melted... like a deranged unicorn. The lady was non caring and completely unapologetic or responsive. First pic is what the cake is "suppose" to look like with different colors and 2nd is the deranged unicorn look.

Had a great experience with Baskin-Robbins. Ordered a Bluey ice cream cake for my daughters birthday and the team far exceeded my expectations. This place and the owner really knows how to connect with their guest and would encourage anyone to use them as their primary ice cream provider.

Ordered a birthday cake days in advance, intentionally picking one to match the colors of the party and what the birthday girl would eat. Ended up being given a cake that was the complete different style and color, and had every single topping on it that the birthday girl would not eat. Given that this was over $40, I would expect that I get something CLOSE to what we ordered, but not here. Take your icecream cake needs elsewhere.
