The ice cream cake looked completely melted... like a deranged unicorn. The lady was non caring and completely unapologetic or responsive. First pic is what the cake is "suppose" to look like with different colors and 2nd is the deranged unicorn look.

Had a great experience with Baskin-Robbins. Ordered a Bluey ice cream cake for my daughters birthday and the team far exceeded my expectations. This place and the owner really knows how to connect with their guest and would encourage anyone to use them as their primary ice cream provider.

Ordered a birthday cake days in advance, intentionally picking one to match the colors of the party and what the birthday girl would eat. Ended up being given a cake that was the complete different style and color, and had every single topping on it that the birthday girl would not eat. Given that this was over $40, I would expect that I get something CLOSE to what we ordered, but not here. Take your icecream cake needs elsewhere.

At La Grange road location I Ordered Celebration ice cream cake 6 days in advance for my 12 year old grand daughter. I was promised that the cake will be ready by 5 pm on Sunday Aug 6. When I went to this store to pick up the ice cream cake I was told that the cake is not ready. The staff calls the owner and learnt that the cake is at another store and I will have to wait another 30 minutes . What was the purpose for keeping the cake at another location when customer was told to come to this store.This is a prime example of mis- management, disregard for customer’s time and total carelessness.I have been a BR customer for last 40 years at other locations but this will be my last visit to this store.

The ice cream is classic, just as good as I remembered it from the BR’s of my youth, which growing up on the east coast was our main ice cream shop.Unfortunately, this location seems poorly managed. Although not busy, no one had bothered to wipe down the tables and one table in particular was smeared with dried ice cream.The woman’s bathroom was disgusting. Seriously, it was as bad as (or worse) than some gas station bathrooms I’ve had the misfortune to stumble upon.The shop was also stuffy, as in saving money on a/c. It’s too bad they don’t have tables to eat outside. There aren’t too many BR’s near us to choose from, but I’d be hard pressed to come back to this location again.

Decent ice cream selection. Workers seemed like high schoolers and kept me and another customer with a family waiting for 10 minutes before taking our orders. Female were literally just standing around and talking to each other and not even working. At least a guy worker came out to take our orders. Pretty bad customer service.

Stopped in to get a sundae. A 2 scoop Sunday that cost almost $6.00 to get the tiniest scoops. Not to mention she didn’t tell me they were out of hot fudge and asked if I wanted chocolate drip or nothing. When I said those were the smallest scoops, she then said the sundays have kid scoops which I didn’t order a kids sundae. Will not be back.

Ordered a cake a week ago for my 9yr olds birthday. Show up at the pickup time and they didn’t make it. Girls in the store called the owner. He said they didn’t get the order and it wasn’t his fault. Then said he didn’t have any white cake/Oreo options to substitute. How did he know what my order was if he didn’t get it? He wouldn’t call another store to see what they could do. He said he’ll process my refund Monday but I bet I’ll have to call to get it done.

no welcomingI went in the place and no body said hi or what would you like to get.I waited and after 3 minutes I managed to order and when I asked to get a bag, they didn’t put the ice cream in the bag.when other people came in after me, they were welcomed.

I can’t believe I got here at 9:30pm and they say their manager told them to close when the door says 10pm and even online they open till 10:00 and I come here every Tuesday and they open but tonight new crew and they closed when they want to so now will not come here again and go to other one. This is completely not right. Another loyal customer lost good luck
