So we ordered pick up. One of the two pizzas crust was burned. A 22.00 GF pizza. We called to arrange for another pizza to be delivered. 90 mins later ( and way too late to eat ), the Manager gets into a screaming match with my wife and places on a forever hold. We have experienced short and preoccupied employees here before, but have always continued to order. No more…….keep your partial credit and continue to punish the good people who worked their asses off to create a good brand and pizza. Owners please see this.

I went to order, was put on hold for like 20 minutes. Then the person said can I take your order. I started to order and was cut off saying hold on a minute. To make a long story short after like almost 30 minutes on hold I was told that there was a minimum dollar amount order.

I recently placed a delivery order and was advise 45 minutes for delivery. After waiting over a hour I received a text alert stating my order is ready for pick up. I called to see what was going on and was advise the person I spoke with put my order in as pick up. I ask if my pizza could be made fresh over since it had been sitting and was told they will not make it over and was left on hold when I ask to speak with a manager. The customer service here is horrible and the sad part I didn’t want anything for free just a fresh pizza.

Love the Mama's Bearno and Day time waitress is amazing!!!
Pizza was not good. Lady at the desk abrasive. Also wayyyyyy overpriced. I like to eat local when I go to different areas but this one was a mistake. The crust tasted as if the oven needed to be cleaned like chalky or dirty. The toppings were overloaded and did I mention the person answering the phone and giving me my pizza was rude.

We usually come here to get there bigger pizza, my wife's favorite. We normally call ahead to order it and it's usually done when we arrive.
Parking: The parking lot is small and there is a pole in the middle of the parking area, in the front.
