Delivery was 40 minutes late and pizza was cold and inedible. My family was planning on pizza and we had to scramble at 8pm to make something ourselves

Have ordered a light cheese double pepperoni pizza from here a few times and once had a great experience. But every order since has been almost a malicious amount of cheese despite specifying in two different places that I wanted light cheese. And when I ask for extra pepperoni I expect more than a few pieces per slice.

We have eaten Bearno pizza for 20 years at Westport rd But since moving this was truly a disappointment ordered momma Bearno crust was like frozen not fresh and topping wasn’t enough for a small pizza not a large. I guess I’ll have to do without pizza. Will not go back .

Extremely slow service. It took 20 minutes for the server to come to the table to take our drink order and food order (we ordered at the same time) and then another 13 minutes for drinks (waters and 1 diet coke) for 5 people. Our bread sticks took about 15 minutes to come out and then the food came out about 10 minutes after that. We each ordered a sandwich and our daughter got a kids pizza. Two of the orders were not correct. One was supposed to come with fries and instead got chips and the other was an incorrect sandwich. Server barely came to the table and no one seemed to care that we were waiting a very long time. We will not go back.

Disappointed. Maybe it's because we're from Detroit and used to that style pizza, but what we had was a truly awful crust with tasteless cheese. Never again.

Bearno’s is great - the food always tastes like it was freshly made (vs premade and then heated), and the pizza is always so delicious. The menu has something for everyone. That being said, I am more of a pasta person myself and the meat lasagna is fantastic. We usually do takeout and the staff couldn’t be more polite or friendly, they are fantastic. They are not skimpy on the toppings/fillings for both pizza and lasagna, so plan on having leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day.

I agree with the other guy. The crust was like cardboard. Spent $41 on 2 pizza’s. Everyone asked why I ordered thin crust. I didn’t. When I called, the woman who answered the phone said. “ thats how we make them, always thin crust” only thing is we have been eating this pizza since 1999. Worst crust ever. Customer service sucks anymore. No more Bearno’s for me I guess
