The service was pretty good. Paid $62 for 2 large pizzas and a large cheese garlic bread. Not worth the money, the pizza was pretty flavorless, the cheese bread tasted worse than school cafeteria food. Will not be going again and I suggest you don't waste your money either.

There were 16 of us from our Condo Association that went to Bearnos Middletown tonight. The address was 13829 English Villa Dr. 40245.I had a Cheese and Ham Pizza on a cauliflower crust. It was very good. It was served good and hot. It’s hard to find a pizza restaurant that makes cauliflower crust pizzas that doesn’t taste like cardboard. I shared a piece with one of my neighbors and she really liked it too and was going to try the cauliflower pizza herself the next time she’s there.My husband had “make your own lasagna” with beef, Italian sausage and extra cheese. He was able to add up to 3 items at no extra charge. It came with garlic bread. He absolutely loved it and ate every bite! It was delivered with steam rolling out. It was a big serving!!Our receipt didn’t have our server’s name, just Cashier 98. She was precious. I didn’t see anyone send anything back or complain about their order. We all told her she did a great job. She even asked if anyone needed a drink to take with them.There was another small group there but there was still enough room for all of us. We had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves and we were all able to talk and hear each other. We’ll go back again. It was close to home.Dietary restrictions: I had dietary restrictions and cauliflower pizza is one that I can eat. I had my choice of toppings.Parking: It was a small shopping center with plenty of parking spaces.

Y'all it's more than clear that you're buying cheap ingredients. I don't understand why you would do that especially when it's very clear to the customer the quality of the pizza is going down. Don't fall into the trap, thinking you can cut corners and serve your customer the same way. My pizza tonight had next to no flavor. This is embarrassing for Bearnos. Seriously, it was bad.Please fix it immediately or myself and many other people will not buy your product anymore.

Ordered the chicken and bacon with onion pizza. Two tiny pieces of chicken, no bacon and no onions. Bearnos used to be a favorite, but this the 3rd time I've been very disappointed. Too many other options to choose from, done with this Bearno!!

This has to be the worst bearnos in Louisville. At 33 I have been eating this pizza since I was 12. I am officially done ordering from this specific location. I've looked past the incorrect orders being delivered for the past few months**** Update!! I am 38 now and the pizza/service is still as bad as ever. Such a let down. Does not even come close to comparing to the other locations. I am including a pic of my latest pizza delivery. It was also supposed to be well done. We had to bake it for an additional 8 minutes. Do yourself a favor and goto westport rd.

We are in from out of town and ordered Doordash. I must have looked at Google reviews for the wrong Bearno’s because this food was AWFUL. We spent $50 on two plates of pasta and one order of cinnamon sticks, and NONE of it was edible. The cinnamon sticks were ice cold and tasted/were textured like cardboard. The pasta “sauce” tastes like they just dumped a of tomato paste on penne pasta with a hint of burnt plastic (the pasta was so waterlogged it was inedible). My boyfriend got lasagna and only ate 3 bites (he will eat anything) and said it was horrible. Mine was missing chicken, unless it was somehow mixed into the mixture of sauce. The ONLY thing that was good and appetizing was their cheesy bread. Pathetic to spend $50 on dinner and have to buy Wendy’s after because no one could stomach to eat it. ?

It's the best pizza I've had in a long time. My husband and I split a large pizza. We got one with half ham and half pork sausage with extra sauce. We both really enjoyed it. The service was great and quick. We'll be eating dinner there again.
