We ordered dinner for our family of 5 for carry out. Upon entering the facility to pick up our food we noticed the restaurant was extremely dirty and had a foul odor. We were hesitant to even eat our food after seeing the restaurant. My husbands corn beef on his Reuben was the consistency of jerky, my buffalo chicken wrap was partnered with extremely wilted lettuce, and my 5 year old wouldn't eat her grilled cheese after the first bite, which speaks volumes. We agreed there was potential for it all to be good if they cared at all about their food preparation and facility.

Ordered “dual fajitas” through DoorDash.Received some sad, looking tiny chicken bits, and a little bit of steak. No tortillas; NO sides - salsa, sour cream, anything!! How do you eat fajitas without tortillas & sides ??‍♀️?.I called DoorDash and received a full refund.I will Never order again from Beef O Bradys, especially Fern Creek, it’s going downhill from my experience and used to love them ?Apparently closing down for a few days, restructuring with a new team has not helped (as I’ve noticed “reply comments” from other posts)!!

Went there with my girlfriend and son. Ordered mozzarella sticks, and the marinara sauce looked like it just came straight out of a can. We ordered our food, and I got a buffalo chicken sandwich like I always do. This was my girlfriends first time eating there, and she ordered the armadillo firecracker burger. Needless to say, my buffalo chicken sandwich was tiny and very thin, not even edible, and hers hardly had any sauce on the burger. The manager was very helpful, though, and asked if I wanted something else. I said sure, chicken tenders to go would be fine. I should have looked before leaving because the tenders were not appetizing or even appealing. We had a to go order as well for my parents and my father said his cheeseburger wrap was burnt and my mother got the fish and chips with $4.99 shrimp added and the 5 pieces of shrimp were chewy and were almost smaller than a popcorn shrimp. To caveat, they had to make tenders to go with the to go order I placed. The food was luke warm. It was a bad experience and they said there is new staff and changes coming. I let my girlfriend down and spent almost $80 dollars of money for a terrible experience, especially with it being my girlfriend's first time trying the restaurant. No offense, but you lost a family of customers tonight.

This is the worse location I've ever been to! We used to go to this location but it went down hill so we stopped for years and then decided to stop the other day for lunch well that was a mistake I can't take back! The worker was a mess just poor service ,food wasn't much better than the service.. and the floor were so sticky... what a shame we can't enjoy this location.

I decided to try this place out just for fun and didn't expect it to be this good. This place is nice - the food is great and would definitely come here again! Food and service is excellent. Thank you Sara for making me feel welcome. If anything, she made my day.

Food was great as always, the service & experience, well that was a whole different story.As we were told over & over & over, someone called in, so our server ce was called to cover. She was basically still drunk from the night before, and boy, it showed! She remade our drinks multiple times before finally bringing them out, had to take our food order 2x, after we'd been there for almost an hour, she lost the 1st one. Kept telling us her story about how terrible the morning has been. It wasn't busy by any means, 3 tables at most, whom you could tell were less than amused. There was plenty of kitchen staff, someone probably should've stepped up & helped her, at least with drink orders and apps. Probably would've gone a long way to improve the whole experience. Food sat in the service window forever & came out cold, I didn't bother to say anything. By this point, I was pretty annoyed and hungry...Normally, not much fuss, not super, but not bad. This experience is enough to keep our family from coming back. $70.00 for a pretty terrible experience....

Tried to eat here tonight. Just one server who was out smoking in front of the restaurant when we arrived with about 3 tables and some folks at the bar. We were able to get drinks, but after 15+ minutes of watching her slowly walking around, chatting with folks and doing everything but helping her tables, we walked out. Obviously not returning.

There was me my wife and one other man in the restaurant. I ordered chicken wings first they came out like warm then ordered chef salad it would have been great except for the rotten lettuce. I still have the lazy waitress five dollars. Last I more then likely will not eat there again.

Ordered catering from them for a surprise birthday. Get there and they are closed. The cook comes to the door and says sorry we don’t have your order ready and we can’t . I had already paid 200.00 dollars for it. I have called several times to speak to Kaitlyn the manager . She won’t call me back to even apologize and to make sure I get my money back. Thanks to outback they saved the day .I will NEVER grace the steps of this place again.

We eat here at st least twice a month. Last few visits they have been short staffed. Went for lunch about 2:00. One server for whole place then they lost our order. Took us hour and half to get food. Food was good. We were given a discount. Will not be back for a while.

I go to this Beef's,location with both my family and often with groups. The food and selections are very good. The burgers, bowls, salads are all excellent, BEST WINGS I'VE EVER HAD!!!! Lots of tvs,to watch games,while you eat.

We ordered on the app & paid for it. Only to get there and it was closed (9:50pm). I ended up calling corporate, which I'm awaiting for a return call. But the next day, we ended up calling the store and went to get our food.
