Staff was the rudest I have ever encountered at the Middletown location. I also witnessed extreme rudeness to a door dash driver who had clearly been waiting a while and when they asked about the order having been marked 10 minutes ago as ready they were told "We don't care about YOUR numbers, we have to appear to be on time." He looked like management. I turned and left, I will not do business with someone being rude to staff or anyone providing a service to them...
BBB was just wonderful. Even got a lesson on their history. Each city's is different. We live in Conway, Arkansas and we were surprised when a BBB was announced for our town. The placement of location will be important. But if the food will be like we got in Louisville, it will be open for a long time.
I had a beautiful, fluffy biscuit that was phenomenal. They gave me jelly that they make themselves and it was great as well. The building was stunning. All of the architecture was nicely preserved and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed this breakfast.
