I love it but my last visit was ruined by a terrible manager, Middletown location do not know if we will go back, she really ruined our whole experience

Stopped by the Norton’s location and everything was good and the people were friendly. Location has history and was interesting to hear about the building’s history.

Horrible experience.. the waitress was beyond rude .. food wasn’t bad .. huge wait time .. manager seemed to care less when we complained about the rudeness.. this was our first and last time going there .. The worst

Really cool place, breakfast was delicious! Both of us got skillets with a biscuit with their homemade blackberry and strawberry jelly, is a must try! Portions were plenty. I also had their cold brew with chocolate sauce and it was some of the best cold brew coffee I have had it a very long time. Service was exceptional!

YA'LL! I wish I lived near here! The staff we're seriously the best! I loved the atmosphere, quick and kind service, hot and tasty food! The shirts were cracking me up too! What more could you ask for?! My family had a really good time here!

Trust me, get the shrimp and grits! There's some heat, but I'm a big baby and it was worth the flavor!

The next time I'm in Louisville I'll be in for some more! Thanks for the great experience!

“Bad” being the operative word here. I called before submitting my order to ask/confirm that they could remove the meat from a certain dish. If they couldn’t- I would have ordered something else (I mentioned all of this as well). They confirmed that they would 100%. My order arrived and the dish was completely full of meat. It was inedible. And of course, no refund was granted because I had called the restaurant to make the request- so there was no proof of it on uber eats. $60 wasted. I recommend any other breakfast place in Louisville but this one, seriously-spend your money elsewhere.

The food is always great, and the servers really care. I left a personal item at my table when I left. A server found me on social media and messaged me. I had my item back a few hours later, saving me a lot of trouble.

Do yourself a favor and get a Belgian waffle as your side to any meal.

This spot is not to be missed. Best breakfast spot in the area. The ambiance is hip and fun. The service is excellent and the food features delicious modern twists on everyday favorites.

I had the Redneck Benedict with hollandaise sauce. The eggs were perfectly poached. The hollandaise sauce was bright but not so overwhelming that the other flavors couldn't shine.

The side sausage patties are very nicely seasoned with a subtle kick..

My son and I were shopping on Barrett Ave and decided we would grab some breakfast before we began our adventures. All I can say is WOW!!! This place did not disappoint. Their service was excellent! Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food was amazing. My son claims his gravy and biscuit was better than my mother’s homemade. Please don’t tell her either of us said that.

The host was extremely rude , we were not greeted at the door like other customers, after standing there for 15 mins still did not ask if we had a reservation or if we were already on the waiting list. When i did ask when we’re gonna be seated I was told I was wrong for not informing her , when she greeted other guest and never us. After observing for over 20 mins , she would make a reaction with her face after sitting customers down . My server was amazing and the food was AMAZING but you should definitely get a new host that respects every customer not just the ones they want too.

We hadn't heard about BBB before we lucked up on it today. We were pleasantly surprised! Service from Liz and other staff was exceptional, and food was great! We will definitely be back!
