Really good pizza if it's made right. Place is never clean. Don't get take out. We got 2 simple pies and there was barely any cheese or sauce. Our kids wouldn't eat them. I miss the older location. This one is hard to get to and park or even walk across the parking lot safely.

Food is excellent. The pickup area was poorly organized, handed me a bag to bag up my salads, but didn’t bother handing the cookies. So a trip back in. Just stood and looked with stupid expressions. Too many useless people.

Food was really good.. the 4 stars is because my order was ready when I walked in the door I looked at it for 10 mins yet one of the workers said it wasn't mine. All in all for my first time eating there wasn't bad at all.

I had a delivery mishap ordering through the app. My DoorDash driver picked up my food and never delivered it. I spoke on the phone with Adam, he was very kind and understanding letting me know multiple drivers had tried to pick up my order (since it was prepared but never marked delivered). I was able to get my issue sorted and Adam made sure I was still able to receive my food. 10/10 customer service, and the food is delicious! I will spend my money here again. In person, from now on.
I live three minutes from this location, so I come pretty often and I will not lie. The food is amazing. My tastebuds always leave satisfied. However, every single time I’ve come into this Location, Some, but not all employees make me feel dismissed and like they don’t care about what I’m asking. Even at that, I love the food so much. I avoid the customer service by going to drive-through, but still have to travel back inside and get the same treatment after something on my order is messed up. I can’t eat bacon, yet I found some on my pizza. Also, I like a little extra dressing on my salad and when I went inside, they would listen to me, just to practically ignore me, while telling somebody else to do what I asked for. A “sure thing” or “yeah just a second” would’ve been perfect. I felt ignored, and often do at this location.

Rougher Blaze location. The food is consistent with most of their other stores. This one was a tad slower. Access is a little awkward but that's typical of the area. The dining room was tired and needs updated. More than anything, the place needs a deep cleaning. While it got the job done as fast food pizza, it wasn't memorable in any compelling way. Important to note this location has a drive-thru and prioritizes those customers, dining room you're waiting a bit. It is ok, but there is nothing special about this restaurant.
