Austin who was working register was very unpleasant. I wanted the special take 2 + drink and I told the girl that as soon as a I presented my order. I just wanted to be friendly and ask why he charged me for a drink when I thought it was a combo and he showed his frustration with me and basically said I can’t get a refund or I can get the manager to charge me again for the correct deal and wait for a refund to go back on my card. He had no manners and I felt like he was accusing me when it should be the customer is always right

The service I received from a worker named Lexi was rude and disrespectful. I don’t know if it was due to race or not but I addressed it with the manager Myles who did not give an adequate response. In addition, another worker had to chime in to help Myles assist me with my issue. It seems to me that the staff needs training on customer service and how to make customers feel welcome. Both staff and managers.
