Terrible communication, I placed a delivery order and after about an hour they told me my order was cancelled and switched from doordash to uber. So I called the store just to clarify what’s going on and the lady that answered the phone was dismissive and no help at all. All she said was “it was picked up already by somebody i don’t know”. I also never received a refund for never getting my food. And when I tried calling back no one would pick up the phone. I go here all the time and used to be treated well but since new managers and leaders have been in place it has not been the same. Whenever a problem occurred in the past the manager would directly contact me and apologize and give me a free pizza and a refund, but now there’s no communication or customer service. And I’m not sure how someone is able to just walk in the store and grab a random pizza without a worker confirming it is the right person picking up.

Very rude management! My husband ordered a high rise pizza, was given the wrong crust, and THEN there was an inedible item on his pizza. He was going to ignore the wrong crust but the inedible item was completely unacceptable. I confirmed that it was inedible and told him to talk to someone. The staff member he spoke to took his pizza, trashed it, then told the woman standing around that he needed a refund. The woman proceeds to tell my husband his issue needs to be “good enough” to receive a refund and that since he doesn’t have the pizza, they will have to remake it. He told her multiple times her staff threw out the pizza and that it was the incorrect crust but most importantly that there was something inedible. The supposed manager kept trying to argue with my husband instead of taking accountability. Horrible customer service!

I don't actually recommend coming here. Not only the disappointment of never recieving what we ordered. Charged me full price, made me tip before service and now I feel robbed and cheated.

Wife and I came in before work she orders half a pizza and breadsticks. I ordered a build your own. The very first thing put into the oven was her breadsticks. We sat within 15 minutes we had a half a pizza and my whole pie. We saw the breadsticks coming out and there was a huge bubble we thought maybe they were remaking them. We waited and waited. Finally we had to be at work my wife went to ask and they obviously didn't remember. My thought is I paid for them, I also tipped almost $6. At this point when asking what's going on my wife just said give us our money back. They didn't know how????? No one would help! No one cared!

YOU'VE LOST LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE BECAUSE YOU STEAL FROM THEM!

I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT'S HOW YOU'RE DOING BUSINESS! NO THANK YOU!

The pizza is pretty good most of the time and I do love the crust but I won't give you money for free just to treat me like a piece of crap! NO thanks!

I do recommend you retrain your entire crew starting with management you have running this location! Maybe have a class on how to deal with customers when you take money from us and won't give it back for services never rendered.

One of my favorite order at the counter quick pizza spots! My go to is a modified BBQ chicken with broccoli and bacon. The plain cheese is good, honestly they’re all delicious!

The food is always pretty good, that's not the issue I want to make upper management aware of tonight, it's the customer service. I enter the restaurant to order food to take home and I'm not too familiar with trying different things from there, so I tried to memorize my order from my phone, but was a little slow at ordering it. I gave my order to one employee, then I moved to another employee making my pizzas and asking me what toppings I wanted, but then I see another employee starting the other pizza wrong, she did fix it quickly, but my attention, as the customer, was now between three different employees all talking to me about my order and what I was waiting on and I began to feel extremely overwhelmed and anxious. I'm trying to focus and answer questions to one employee only, but now I had two other ones asking exactly what I ordered and how I wanted everything, when I already confirmed all this initially. The guy was very friendly and understanding, but some of the other employees were not friendly, had little to no customer service skills while handling my order or others and then after I paid for everything, they forgot my salad, so I had to remind them I never got it and again, what kind I even ordered. It could be a technical issue, maybe your system doesn't print or display orders for customers and/or modifications, but it's very overwhelming, as a customer, to repeat everything numerous times, talk to multiple employees at once and then have to babysit each employee as they make your order to avoid recooks. Just a heads up from one restaurant worker to another. Customers don't like or want to feel overwhelmed or anxious when spending their money and a genuine or even fake smile helps lighten the tension too, makes us feel a little appreciated for spending our money at your place of employment. Thank you!

I m very disappointed with this location & got worst pizza with all burnt with bitter taste and called manager clare and she asked me to visit directly store went and gave complete burnt pizza with full pizza, as i brought 3 pizza and had receipt and pics how bad the we got pizza. she said i can give only 1 pizza, she didnt ask what how when or anything very rude behaviour, as there was no rush or anything. whole team was enjoying cookies instead of helping customers.

Manager clare is not fir for the customer support nor to be manager as she was rude just took back the bad pizza and there was no apologies or anything gave new pizza which was burnt again and there was rude behaviour from her side as she behaves i went for free pizza or she was doing the charity i had all the proof receipt and burnt stuff still treated badly i went all the way from downtown and almost travelled 30 mins and staff are making fun of people and even the lady infront of mention same as they are not treating any customers with respect, just behaving like free stuff distributing place.

i dont recommend this location for anyone as staff are all students and they keep making fun and passing comment on people infront of them and very dirty way of preparation , we feel like we paying for dirty food after paying.

other locations are amazing when manger herself dont treat customer nicely what we can except from staff.

owner needs to check the camera for this people way of behaviour i can truly agree from previous review there is some level of evil treatment happening for color people is going here.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in, showing no basic courtesy or willingness to help.

To make matters worse, the pizza I received was burnt and clearly not prepared with care. It wasn’t just overcooked — it was blackened and bitter, making it completely inedible. On top of that, staff who was wiping his hands to clothes and was about to use same gloves to top the veggies and after asking to change gloves he did which was unhygienic, and disgusting which, raised serious concerns about food safety.

This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.

We just let it go when we got burnt pizza when we had dine in but we brought another pizza for take out for kids and that was worst and salad which we got had worms and pictures are below

Management needs to take look of staff and how they are making fun and teasing customers instead of helping as store have camera and kindly check yesterday clips around 5.10pm

Can’t take this kind of racism from staff , other blaze pizza stores are really good but didn’t except this bad from this place.
