We had Breakfast at Bob Evans (Springhurst) and it was oh so good. As you can see we put a killing on it so fast I didn't get to take a picture before we started. Next time you're in the area check them you won't regret it. Oh very important, our sering staff were awesome.

They don't listen they give you what THEY want you to have!! It gives illiterate vibes!!
Buyer Beware!! Go to First Watch instead.

Bob Evans doesn't have a big footprint in the Northeast so we had to try based on the reputation...wow what an experience! Prices felt like I was back in the 90s, my wife got eggs and pancakes for $3.60! I had the Big Wrangler which has a bit of everything but upgraded to Loaded Home Fries which is a huge recommend. Idk how they got those scallions so wonderfully crispy, but I'm gonna figure it out! Lily our server was delightful, accommodating, and apologetic when the kitchen goofed the order. Business is booming and I can see why.

Do not go. We had to wait to be seated, which was fine, but when the hostess came to seat us, we weren’t even fully seated yet before the waitress asked what we wanted to drink. We hadn’t had a chance to look at the menu, so we ordered coffee. She then rolled her eyes.

After taking our order, she disappeared and was nowhere to be found. We eventually got a different server, who was very sweet. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for our food, which came out looking like slop. The people next to us were also complaining about their gravy being cold.

This place is clearly not well run, and I feel bad for the sweet server who had to deal with the chaos around her. I don’t see this place surviving if customers are made to wait an hour for food when it isn’t even busy.

Needed a morning test stop. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The eggs were cooked the way I wanted.

We ordered the Thanksgiving meal, when we went to pick up the meal they were out of food and closed up. It has been over a year now and we have never been able to recover our money or been offered a replacement meal.

Service was extremely nice slow, and the restaurant was only about half full. Took more than 20 minutes after order placed for food to be brought to the table.

Loved trying the Fish Fry Platter with Onion Rings, Cole Slaw, Macaroni & Cheese, Unsweet Tea, Rolls, & Pumpkin Pie for my taste of my experience & it was all good & the others tried their meals & it was all good included.

I dont know how their food is because they were completely out of what I was looking for. What has happened to Bob Evans? Service is non-existent, slow and this is the third time they are out of food items. Someone doesn't know how to order/replenish stock. Keep extra of items that you frequently run out of. It's not that hard. Unfortunately, their business has dropped to nothing. Last Thanksgiving there were several of us that went to B.E. We waited for over an hour THEN, they came out and told us they were out of turkey. Really? How is it you don't order enough turkey for T-day? You KNOW you are going to sell alot of turkey so DOUBLE or TRIPLE what you normally would order. Absolutely believable!

We left B.E. and went to the Cracker Barrel for dinner.
