OLIVIA the manager is the only good one! The other two managers lied to me! The older white lady and the black male managers lied! Told me they sent email out for my refund because I never got the food over a long long wait, multiple people throwing fits inside over the wait, BUT they never sent the email for my refund! Thank gosh for OLIVIA! Hopefully she is over them two or she needs to be because the other two managers suck.

Shout out to Bob Evan on their service Thanksgiving day! Ordered take out for myself and my 96 year old mom! I was expecting to be backed up and a long waiting time! Order was suppose to be ready at 11:30. Got there at 11:15 and was out the door 2o min. Later.They were busy but everyone remained calm and friendly! It was a perfect solution for my mom since she can not go out! Food was great and most of all my Mom was Happy! Bob Evan’s is her favorite place to eat! Thanks again for making our day special!

Veteran's Day, I went to Bob Evans for my free breakfast. I met a family with two Veteran and a spouse. Started talking while waiting for table. As I was alone, they invited me to sit with them. I ordered the Country Biscuit Breakfast (Biscuit with sausage gravy and egg on top and side of hash browns). Delicious! As always Bob Evans coffee was great. Our waitress Lucy was outstanding, working a busy morning with a smile on her face. The four of us at our table never saw the bottom of our cups the entire breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I learned that my new friends come here often and always ask for Lucy and today I know why, she knows what she is doing. Thank you Bob Evans and the employee at the Bob Evans restaurant in Jefferson County on Preston Highway, south of Gene Snyder expressway. Thank you to Tina (retired Veteran), her husband Dewayne, and Tina's U cle Rollin (90 years young, also a Veteran) for inviting me to their table. It was such a highlight my day getting to talk to you all, enjoy a great breakfast. Thanks to Lucy for showing us how a great waitress an make a day brighter. I will remember this Veterans Day forever. Hope I got everyone's name correct.

Food is great but seems a bit understaffed. The last 2 times I went there I had to wait for a while for someone to seat me and the food took a good while to come to the table, wasn't too many servers but the server I had was very nice and polite
