Food was fine and service was good but one of the menus we got was disgusting. It had gravy or something on it. It was very noticeable, and I find it hard to believe that none of the employees that handle the menus noticed it. Gross.

I have tried at least three separate times to dine in for dinner at this location. A couple of times there was a note on the door that they were open for carry out only due to staff shortages and the last time, this evening, they were closing the dining room for carpet cleaning. Even though I called before hand to be sure they were open for dine in, we were still turned away. No mention of the early closing on the phone call. I’m tired of trying to eat at this Bob Evans location. Sadly, I think this is the only one left in town. I guess they are following the Big Boy and will end up closing for good. What a shame. It’s hard to find home cooking in this town.

Waited over an hour after ordering for our food. When we got our food, everything was cold. My son ordered chocolate chip pancakes, and after they confirmed his order, brought him regular pancakes and said they were unable to give him chocolate chip pancakes, while the table next to us had an order of chocolate chip pancakes. I’ll never be back here.

Granted, the lady working the register was doing multiple jobs, but she was so incredibly rude. I waited patiently and gave her my name. She told me I was going to have to place an order even though my order was ready and sitting on the rack in a bag. Also, never order a drink with your carry out meal from Bob Evans. I got a 16 oz drink full to the top with ice for $3.49. Most other carry out drinks are 32 oz for $2.99. This was not a good value at all. I was very disappointed with the service and the value, but the food was great.

FYI You want Lucy as your server. Our meal was delayed due to a huge party ahead of us but our coffee cups were never empty. One of the best servers we have ever encountered and her boss needs to upgrade her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

28 dollars for 2 of the worst hamburger I ever had. Way over priced for something I could not eat never will go back. McDonald's has better hamburger for 3 dollars. I don't believe it was real meat. Just nasty. Doesn't look like the picture nothing on it but two burnt bacon. Not home made patties are frozen. Nothing fresh
