Our service was all over the place with our waitress but the chef was fantastic! He actually was the one who sat us(black guy who was so chill and nice) he came out and was able to accommodate our weird order that the waitress was saying we wouldn’t be able to do. I wish we could have left our tip for only him without being rude. Food was super hot and delicious!

Bob Evans in Louisville offers good American style food, simple and tasty. The sausage gravy is a favorite, and the delivery service is fast. While the western omelet lacked mushrooms, the ham had great flavor. The multigrain toast was a hit. Recently, the service has been inconsistent; the waitress can be very loud and rushed, but the chef is fantastic and makes the food super hot and delicious. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with easy handicap parking, and gluten-free options are available for those with dietary restrictions. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the welcoming environment, especially on holidays like Thanksgiving when the staff sacrifices their own time to serve others. The restaurant maintains its motto: "Families will always be glad they shared a table with us."
