I wish there was a zero star to give it to them! I’m very sorry that I have to write this review. Today was going to be my first time…and I was excited!!!I was in the industry for many years; and I know how hard this industry is! But, we just had the most bizarre experience at this place.My husband, my mom and I went to get ice cream.We were completely and on purpose ignored. After some clients got their stuff it was our turn. The young server simply turned her back to us and started doing dishes. The other 2 employees, by the kitchen door also ignored my husband and my mom. When my husband said: “excuse me” to the young server to tried to get her attention; she continued doing dishes as she didn’t hear him… at that time we knew it was time to leave. I’m the kind of person that believes that nobody can make feel anything without my permission. But, it was obvious that sadly this establishment doesn’t want our Latino dollars… and what a shame!!!! I wish them the best! But, the just lost our business.

They have a 12 yr old kid working here. The entire time he was picking the roof of his mouth with his finger. Then took a napkin, tried to get the food out from his teeth with it and then stuffed the entire napkin in his mouth. The next customer went to order and the kid had to take the napkin out of his mouth since he was working the register. It literally made me gag watching him. Nasty fingers, serving food, touching the shared computer. Straight up unhygienic and unsanitary.

I got the honey milk tea, it was very good. The brown sugar boba is flat and rubbery, nothing like any tapioca pearls I have gotten before. I wouldn't recommend those specifically. The milkshakes are thick but could use some more flavor. The mango popping pearls are tart but good, there were an okay amount of them in the drink but I wish there were more. The crab ragoons were crispy but they were greasy and it seemed like the oil was a little old. They had a decent amount of filling but very little crab. You only get 5 for almost $7 which is a little steap. They cane with a sauce which was very good. Overall, the food was just okay but the place is clean and has plenty of seating and the employees were nice.
I can't believe how long I waited to have the bahn mi ? It was sooo buttery and delicious, that bread was absolutely a winner! Plus the surprisingly flavorful tofu and pickled veggies were perfect. I've had several teas here before and they are always fresh and tasty. It's certainly a go to spot for a reason! Oh also I'm in love with the almond pastry ?

Store has an amazing selection of various desserts and other products. There are savory foods in addition to the sweet foods available, and the boba tea is simply amazing. The staff is super friendly too!

I have been here a few times and I feel better about it each time I try something. I have established my regular go-to items. I love the Fruit Tea boba with pineapple flavor. I love their grilled pork bahn mi as well. I hope to try new items. The space itself is quite big and plenty of sitting space. They recently started staying open longer and the hours are very accommodating for late hours eats.

This restaurant is very cute and has MUCH more to offer aside from boba and ice cream. I tried the crab Rangoon appetizer and the mozzarella corn dog along with the Taro boba slush. The Rangoon’s were great along with the boba - delicious. The mozzarella stick corn dog was strange to say the least, I will probably try the pho next time instead! ? I also can’t wait to see how the mochi tastes ⭐️?? the atmosphere in the building is very modern with LOTS of room to hangout and do homework or just sit and relax with friends. Staff is very friendly.
