We took part in the "Wicked" event and the drinks and food were excellent. This was our 3rd event and they are fun and we look forward to our next one!

Attended the brunch service. My daughter and I enjoyed the Spring brunch so we came back for the October brunch and included more family to join us. It is such a great value and experience. Food and drinks were on point.. Outstanding

We called with a large party of 15 and although the entire restaurant was wide open they wouldn't accommodate our party. On open table there was wide open availability so we booked 3 tables of 6 but when we showed up they were not happy. The entire restaurant was empty except for one table with a part of 4. The hostess was irritated and took a long time to serve us at our tables. Server was kind and the food was good but I was shocked they didn't want our business.

20 minutes before waiter showed up, and didn't then take drink order. Just said he will be back with water and bread. Very short with us, no smile, and he was training another server. We ordered food , and it was out so fast, they couldn't have had time to cook it. Had to be pre-prepared. My wife's entree was cold, and my spinach was cold. It was my Mom's birthday. Waiter said happy birthday, flat, no smile. The Table next to us had a birthday, they brought the dessert with sparkler and sang. Our waiter brought the birthday dessert and put it on the table with four spoons, and didn't say anything. Before we left, we noticed the table cloth was butcher paper; looked under the corner of it , and the cheap oil cloth table cover was worn and torn on the corners. They are just covering them up. Last time we went ... very similar. Service slow and bad, and the food has slipped way off of what it was. Will never be back. There are so many better choices with better food and service at lower prices. Don't bother trying it. I tipped 22% but leaving this review.

I had such a great experience at Bonefish thanks to Brittany, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. Brittany was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring—checking in with us throughout the meal and making sure any questions or requests were handled quickly. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and her team, which made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to see a manager so present and engaged, and it really makes a difference.

The servers had a difficult time getting drinks and food out with the banquet style seating Perhaps in the future they could begin with serving those in the center first and then to the tables ends
