Ordered the pulled pork sandwich, sandwich was served on a plain white bun and covered in sauce. The pork tasted like water. The sauce was also bland and cooled it the meat down so quickly that about halfway through it was a lukewarm mushy mess, with all of the flavor coming from the sauce. Would not eat here again or recommend it.

Ran out of featured food (pulled pork and chicken) after 1 hr. Service. The event was 3 hr event. All that was left was some kind of Extremely hot wieners that were inedible. The “baked beans” were so spicy I couldn’t eat them. Not everyone likes extremely hot spicy food. Also ran out of most sides. This was for a catered event in neighborhood. Hoping for better choices next year!!

Best Barbecue Around!!! My husband and I are here visiting family and had received a recommendation from a local 4th grade schoolteacher for Doc’s. We had the dinner for 2 with ribs, wings and pulled pork with 4 sides…I think it was $33 or something close to that. I’d only had a bowl of cereal and was super hungry and this food hit the spot. The server, who said he also cooks the meat, was very good and attended to our needs without us saying anything. Needless to say, we took about half of our meal home with us, and it was just as good the next day. I can be critical if it’s warranted, but this was a pleasant experience and we will go again.
I can’t & won’t recommend this food truck to anyone. They were at my job today, the 1st pulled chicken sandwich I got was soggy as hell not even a sandwich. They did happily give me a new sandwich but that was just as disappointing 🤮The chicken was fatty, chewy & bland. The “bbq sauce” tasted like straight up bland, flavorless tomato paste. I wish I would have went back & got my $11 back because it was an utter waste of my hard earned money, for such a disgusting lunch! I’ll NEVER go back!
The meat was dry, and had a soggy bun, meat had no flavor. Seems like they made sandwiches and hour before the order. Do better you need to for 14$

We ordered a brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich and onion rings with both meals. The food was great. Brisket was very tender and had great flavor. Pulled pork was great too. They have a large variety of food on the menu, especially for a BBQ place. We plan on going back and trying other items on the menu.
Doc's was our 327th stop on a BBQ odyssey now spanning 35 states-- and a great stop it was! We were seated around 11:30, just beating the lunchtime crowd that quickly filled the large dining area. We opted for the smoked meatloaf with sides of mashed potatoes and okra, and the Burgoo stew with pan fried cornbread. One refillable soft drink (Coke products) completed the order. The restaurant was clearly short staffed, but the service was still terrific,, so the bill came to a very reasonable $28.39 + tip. Both the Burgoo and the bacon wrapped meat loaf were outstanding, with great smoky flavor and just enough heat to make both dishes distinctive. The mashed potatoes cleaned the palate nicely between bites of the meat loaf, and the cornbread complemented the Burgoo equally well. The fried okra was also a nice bite heck, even the dinner rolls were good and fresh! In short, you are going to eat well here. Highly, highly recommended.

Food was mid
What a great place. It was able to accommodate a large group on short notice. All the food was spectacular! Service was even better for 21 of us showed up at once. Great place!!
Truck was in the neighborhood and the plan was to take it home to eat… didn’t make it. Crispy loaded tots 🤤 The ratio was just right. The Mac & Cheese is toddler approved.
