My favorite coffee shop in Louisville! Love everything about it, owner/employees seem very kind and helpful, and drinks are unique and delicious! Only things that could improve my experience would be more comfortable seating- I love to stay and hang out but usually don’t feel comfortable enough to do so- i have chronic pain the furniture doesn’t do my back any favors! Definitely would feel more cozy if there were some comfy chairs, couches, or even just more cushions!!!

My friend & I just went to Louisville this last weekend and planned our trip with this being at the top of the list. How disappointing to travel over 2 hrs for such a poor experience that it starts your trip off to a very unwelcoming start. First- drink I was excited for was out of stock/sold out. So was my second choice. That sucked but I pivoted bc it happens. It was the waiting 15-17 minutes before someone would take my order & only one person was in front of me ordering a single drink. They had finished a shift change where they left us and others just standing there as we watched the guy counting the money at the ordering counter as these 2 women hung around behind him. Then they go to take the guy’s order in front of me finally before BOTH women make his singular drink while we were left to wait without acknowledgment. My friend & I felt so unwelcome we just left. I truly love supporting local businesses & my favorite coffee shop is locally owned so I say this with sincerity- do better to keep your business growing. I refuse to publicly support national coffee chains & had a list of people to send your way especially for the witchy theme alone and now I can’t do that. Good luck!

Literally such an amazing place with fantastic coffee and coffee choices. Muffins, Danish, bagels...all delicious! I cannot say enough about the atmosphere! There are also trinkets, crystals, incense & burners, handmade jewelry, etc you can buy!!

As many people have said, the vibes are great. I love all the decorations, gifts/witchy items, and the themed drink selection. People were gathering to hang out and chat, which was nice. It seems like a community space.
Our drinks were pretty hit or miss in terms of flavor, though they definitely had enough caffeine. Gluttony and Lust were both intensely sweet.
I'm not sure if it was just a bad Saturday, but it seemed like only two people were working... which doesn't seem to be enough. The line got pretty long, tables were dirty, and the only trash can I saw (by the counter) was overflowing. I only saw one bathroom, and the whole toilet moved when you sit down. One of the workers was checked out and actively discussing getting a job somewhere else. When I asked for suggestions on drinks, it seemed like I was annoying them.
I'm glad this place exists and seems to be pretty popular, I just hope that my experience isn't the standard.

This place was different. I wanted to check it out. I like the decoration, but the coffee was nasty. I asked for something sweet. I don’t think the person knew how to make coffee cause it was not and they did not even try to fix it. Because I’ve never been here before I needed an opinion on what to order . No advice on what would be good.
I had the envy to drink and it was very good. Very well decorated and they have some items for sale in addition to coffee as well.
