Daryk's Vivarito is jaw-dropping delicious! I ordered mine with vegan sloppy Joe, and it was incredible. The cheeses, onions, beans, fritos, and sweetness of the sloppy Joe........ pure perfection. I highly recommend it.

This is a small food truck that's part of Atrium Brewing, and let me just say it was damn good.Came around 2pm on a Monday and no one was in the main bar/restaurant area of Atrium. A kind young woman at the bar helped us decide what food to get and within 10 minutes the food arrived.I got the vegan sloppy joe and pasta salad and my buddy got the buffalo chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were fantastic and the bread was perfectly toasted. We devoured it all haha. The place was spotless, not a dirty table and the floor was spotless.Overall I highly recommend this place for lunch or something to eat with your brew. Menu is pretty damn small but what they do offer is fantastic.

Skip the Grilled Pimento cheese. The dressing was the garnish for my Fried Green Tomato. Those had a good batter, but kinda thin.
Brick & Mortar is the permanent food truck servicing the patrons of Atrium Brewing. Your gonna like the beer and you are gonna want some food with it! You order at the bar, where you order your beer from, and everything is on the same tab. Convenient. I have only had two different things from here. One was because a friend bought me a taco one night, and I never say no to tacos. It was chicken, it was tasty. But every other time....I get those brussels sprouts. Sprouts are LYFE. And these are GOOD. Technically, I am pretty sure these are supposed to be a shareable dish, meant for several people to eat off of. But they are so good....that I don't want to share them. They are, and are topped with, all my favorite things! Fried sprouts topped with a balsamic glaze, crispy bacon, and blue cheese. I mean...c'mon! Food has always been hot and fresh. Depending on how busy they are, there may be a short wait. But it is never too long. So grab yourself a beer, order some grub, and stay a while.

So, the pastrami Sammy is worth your time here. It's personally all I've had but it's a banger ! I personally think they have really dialed this one in. Hopefully it stays that way. I also opt for the brussels sprouts as a side. I plan on giving a couple other items here a go in the future, but I find it hard to believe they don't have a review on Yelp yet. Maybe no one really uses it anymore ? B&M can be found behind Atrium brewing and their menu is also available while visiting the brewery. They also offer orders through grubhub and doordash per their web site.
