One of our favorite places to eat. The service is always friendly and the food is very good no matter what we have ordered. Atmosphere is fantastic as well. Highly recommend!

Visited on a busy Saturday night with a party of 14. With a reservation, they were able to accommodate our large party with ease and wait staff was attentive and on-point. Everyone seemed to like his or her entrée. My wife and I split the Brick Burger with a side of tots. While not bad, there are much better burgers to be had in Louisville (e.g., Holy Grale on Bardstown). We were the last to be served so the patties arrived well done and somewhat dry (we suspect our plate stayed under the warming light too long). The tots were delicious as was the cup of chili.

Our large group had a fantastic experience at Brick House Tavern & Tap. They were able to handle our last minute reservation and seated us quickly without issue. Our server, Stevie, was so kind and did an amazing job handling our group of 26. Our orders were accurate, refills were provided quickly, and food was served hot and delicious! We really appreciate the kindness and efficiency of Stevie and the other staff!

Food was well prepared and service was good. Only one complaint is about the tip was added to the final bill. The server did not mention this when handing out the checks.
We frequent this location often. Service was not up to par. We waited probably 15 minutes after we were seated and had to flag down a server. She promptly got our drink order and in a couple of minutes our server appeared and apologized profusely. The rest of the night went well.
One of my favorite restaurants! Great food and lovely atmosphere. Happy Hour prices are the best!

My family and I were so grateful for Brick House for being open on Christmas. It was busy and looked to be short staffed. But the server was so sweet and explained the delay up front. Although the food took a while to receive, the food was hot and delicious. Great job to Brick House for performing so well ube we hard circumstances. Thank you for working on Christmas. We appreciate your service to the community and sacrificing your personal time on a Holiday 🫶
food was good. We were there on Christmas Day with a 4:45 reservation. Drinks came quickly while appetizer took 40 minutes to arrive at table after being taken to wrong table. Dinner came at 6:30. We were there for over 2 hours and fifteen minutes. They did not have enough help.
Really appreciate their efforts on a very busy night. Our waitress was extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend.
The ambiance was wonderful at the restaurant and we were warmly greeted upon entry by Natalie. We conveyed our desire to stay with a server that was friendly and efficient and that was her. She placed us in a couch seated near fireplace. The service was outstanding and the food was great including Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Tenders, Baked Rigatoni, Calarmari and the star Duck Wings it was an enjoyable experience including meeting the manager. All was fantastic and we highly recommend it to everyone.
We enjoyed our bourbon glazed pork chops, chicken pot pie and fish & chips. The sides were excellent, and the food was satisfying. Had a server mishap but he made up for it. Good choices of rotating brews, too.
