We are so disappointed in our most recent visit. This place is one of our favorites and we choose to have our 20th anniversary dinner here. I ordered the New York Strip ($30) with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were cold and extremely bland. The steak was awful. For $30, I expected something that wasn't the texture of cardboard with absolutely ZERO flavoring. I finished the steak (because I was paying $30) for it. When the waitress asked about our food, I expressed my displeasure and she replied with, "yea, that's what our food has become (bland)". For what we spent ($80), it was nowhere near worth it. I have had better steaks, for a fraction of the cost at Texas Roadhouse or in my backyard. We will not be returning, which is disappointing because it used to be one of our favorite restaurants.

This used to be one our favorite local restaurants. For our 20th wedding anniversary, there was no doubt in our mind that we wanted to eat here to celebrate our monumental milestone. To say that it was a disappointment would be an understatement. The green chili wontons were average, at best. My wife ordered the Hot Brown and said that it was disgusting and cold. Now on to my meal. I ordered the New York Strip with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were barely room temperature and disgustingly bland. The steak had the texture of rubber and was so bland that I had to cover it in steak sauce just to get it down. It too, was room temperature. I wouldn't have eaten my food but when I expressed my displeasure to the waitress, she shrugged it off and said "yea, that's our food now". I paid $30 for this steak so I wasn't going to let it go to waste. Needless to say, we will not ever return to this restaurant which we used to rave about to everyone.

Everything was good from the moment we arrived. Our table was ready and Terri, was professional, prompt and attentive. We tried the special cocktails for $5 each, and very tasty. The artichoke appetizer was delicious. We ordered pasta entree, large enough to split, so that worked out well. We enjoyed our evening before going to the concert.

It was a busy night, but our table was ready upon arrival. The server, Terri, was quick with checking in with us, and getting our drink orders from the bar and green chili wonton appetizers ready for serving. Large enough salad to split, and the stir fry, with chicken was very tasty. No problems, and we enjoyed out time.

Hot Brown and filet were as good as the delicious cranberry bread pudding, and just a short walk to the Yum Center.

Both me and my friend ordered salads. Mine was the fried chicken cobb with romaine that was noticeably not fresh with the brownish ends and spines. Also, the avocado was brown. The chicken part was very tasty. My friend ordered the berry salad with mixed greens and it game with spinach. She can't eat spinach so she asked the waitress why and she said they were out of mixed greens. She then decided on the same salad with Romaine but when she finally got it, the romaine was in even worse shape than on my salad. They took that back and brought a bowl of chili, which was good per my friend. The wait staff was great and very apologetic. I felt sorry for her. The food was a big disappointment and so different as to how Bristol was any past time I had been there. Hope they improve again as there are not much choices for lunch in downtown.

It just seems that the Bristol has lost its touch. We've been to the Hurstbourne lane and down town locations. The food is extremely bland or overcooked. Just wish it was as good as it used to be. Not going to keep them on my list anymore.

Our server was so sweet and attentive to the fact that we were on a time crunch. My burger was just ok but the lemon drop was delicious! The biggest drawback was that the tables were too close together, which didn't allow for much space between us and another party.

Stopped in before our reservation at Michter's for a drink and some apps. We started with a Tito's mule and top shelf Long Island. The top shelf was made with Jose Gold, interesting choice. The bartender who made our drinks seemed very unhappy, it was very difficult getting attention from either of them. We got Artichoke Fritters and Buffalo Cauliflower. T.J. was great in following up on our visit. We appreciated him reaching out.

We started with the wontons which were very good. My partner had the Hot Brown which was good, although a bigger portion than expected. I had the pork tenderloin which was a little dry, but the potatoes were great. We were happy with the beer and cocktail selection.

food was just incredibly okay. pork chops overcooked and dry, greens had no flavor . carrots were actually quite good ,mashed potatoes were just mashed potatoes, crab cakes were bland and flavorless. best thing on the menu was the bourbon we had. food did come out quick in 25 minutes. We reserved a table but got sat in the bar didn't really want to have to see and watch tv on date night. they were not overly busy when we arrived at 5 pm but server complained she had migraines and was not having the best of days, and seemed to be doing double duty as a bartender as well and the bar was full so service was not the best from her as she got swamped at the bar .

Service was absolutely horrendous. server rolled her eye when our other person was a few minutes late. Could not give us an even 5 minute to look over menu and would not let us finish ordering before cutting us off. Food was absolutely cold and microwaved maybe. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Please look elsewhere for food and service. When the place close they rush you out. I travel for work 4 days a week and have never had a server like I had tonight. look elsewhere.
