I visited Brooke & Billy's Bites Bourbons and Brews with a group of ladies I meet up with monthly for a dinner club. We always make a reservation, or call ahead, but when we visited this spot we were the only group there, so it really hadn't been necessary. We opted to sit on the patio, and they were offering a special (limited) menu. We started with a couple of appetizers, including the Pretzel & Beer Cheese that was served more like a charcuterie. It was tasty, but it's fairly small; so, for one or two people it's great, but not as an appetizer for a larger group. We also had the Cauliflower, which was coated in a nicely flavored sauce. For my meal I ordered the fish sandwich - A Fishy Situation. It's fried catfish, served on a branded bun, and I opted to add plenty of hot sauce. It was served with a side of Fries. Overall it was pretty good, but it didn't blow me away. Without the addition of hot sauce, it wouldn't have been very flavorful. The real gem of our visit was the service. 2020 has been a weird year for everyone, but especially for the food and bar industry. So, during our visit there was only one person working the restaurant. She was fantastic! Although she was responsible for basically everything, from taking our order to assisting with preparing our food, she was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The patio was really enjoyable, there's plenty of seating; so if you're looking for a spot to dine outside, Brooke & Billy's Bites Bourbons and Brews is a good option!

So this is indeed a dive. I'm stingy with my stars so this is another instance in which I wish there was a half star option. I got here and it was empty and it was around noon on a Wednesday. They were more or less having meetings while I was here with a distributor I believe. The server was nice. They had very few beers on tap which was disappointing. The el diablo burger was actually pretty good but the unseasoned fries left a lot to be desired. For a lunch break I would try somewhere else but I bet this is a great late night dive.

You can't get five stars because no body is perfect. BUT, B&B's comes close. This establishment is in my top ten list of tavern style restaurants. What sets them apart is EVERYTHING.

The food was absolutely amazing and our server was a blast. He was so outgoing, super upbeat, and was always on top of our needs. We tried the Chili Cheese Nachos and they were delicious; a great late night treat. We also ordered the B&B signature burger and the world famous jd chicken breast sandwich and literally could not put our food down to breath it was so good. We will be back for sure!

Celebrated our son’s birthday with a lovely dinner here tonight. Our waiter, Christian, was so friendly and fun!! Food was so good! Definitely coming back.

What a great lunch! My friend and I tried to have lunch at The Cafe, but it had a 30 minute wait. We googled other restaurants nearby and this place popped up. I love the rustic interior and the food was sooooooo good! I’m glad we found Brook and Billy’s - we’ll be back!

We decided to try Brooke and Billy's after a search for restaurants near us. We were so happy with our choice. We were warmly greeted at the door, seated immediately, had a spectacular waiter in Jeremiah, who can make recommendations without being pushy, and the food was spot on. We are already talking about when we can go back. it was a great way to spend Valentine's Day. And that skillet cookie with ice cream was perfect!
