I haven’t had anything bad here yet. I’ve tried something different every time I’ve went and nothing disappoints. Fern creek location is amazing!! Highly recommend the smash burger and cheese and bacon fries

Their servers have horrible attitudes, need to be properly trained or find another job their happy with. The owner doesn't hold them accountable and is ok with their behavior. Management is there to be friends with their coworkers instead of holding them to a standard. They treat people nasty and then play victim

The food here is usually good but they will never get my money again. They have a huge management problem where they dont acknowledge or reprimand their employees for their DISGUSTING behavior. After getting my order wrong and being rude and ugly for what reason I have no idea( must be tired of her life) the management proceeded to fake apologize and waste my time. Instead of letting me leave after our complaints they insisted on making it up and getting my food for me. Still let the unprofessional, nasty, probably racist(no other excuse for the behavior) around our table while she was still talking down and rude to us. Yelling, making a scene, the management made it like we were the issue then gave me a trash to go plate that looked nothing like food I've received before. Nothing worst then incompetent people who hate their jobs because their life isn't going to plan... do better at hiring and training.

I had a burger and tater tots. The burger was a grease bomb, I only ate half and had a greasy taste in my mouth all day. The tater tots were good and the server was nice. Don't know that I will be back
The wait to be seated was about 15 minutes. We arrived at 12:15 pm. The server was at our table almost immediately to take our drink and appetizer orders. When appetizer arrived we placed our order. Just as we finished our appetizer our food arrived. Food was freshly prepared and hot. Everything was delicious. Server checked on us several times and kept our drinks filled. The manager ( Stephanie)even stopped by and checked on us. The whole experience was wonderful.

I give this 4 stars instead of 5 which really upsets me to do but the hostess has no sense of time, and had a bad attitude. She seemed annoyed with customers 🙄 😒 kind of a turn off but their Monte Crisco is AMAZING though!!!! It was perfectly fried, the cheese pull 😋 👌 & the raspberry preserves just set the tone! Their red white and blue margarita was soooo good!!! Our server was funny & you can tell he loves his job.
I know they are new and popular so the wait time is a little high which im not opposed to waiting however I came in was told 30 minute wait, it ended up being almost an hour instead; however, the service and food I received make up for that. My husband had their pizza which is also SO delicious & reasonably priced too!! Definitely worth every penny, I will be back. Also check out their weekly specials! Tuesday is pizza day 🍕 🍕
