First time I ate here and I’m glad I did. I got the Pineapple Express burrito and loved it. The sauce is kinda spicy, but with the sweetness of the pineapples in the pineapple salsa was the perfect balance. Also ordered the chips and queso for my son and I, it was good as well. Queso here is a little runnier than we prefer, but good overall! We ordered it for takeout and it was ready and on the pickup shelf with my name clearly displayed by the estimated time we were given. Love their pickup process because if you’re in a hurry, you don’t even have to speak to anyone and can just be in and out.

I was the only person in line. There were at least three employees. Normal lunch hour, 12:30-ish. One man greeted me and took my order then passed it off to another employee and went to the back. This second guy answered a phone call and talked on the phone for more than 5 minutes before acknowledging me at all, other guy avoided eye contact. I don’t know why I didn’t leave.

In the past I have had a great experience at this restaurant. Since new owners it has declined and tonight really made my mind up. My daughter and I went in around 815pm. The man that took our order already had gloves on and was moving food around. We ordered our food and while we were waiting I used the restroom. It was like walking into a gas station bathroom. The toilet seat had pee all over it. Pee on the floor. My shoes were sticking to the floor as I walked. When I came back out telling my daughter about the bathroom she thought maybe the guy was working by himself and didn’t have time to clean yet. Wrong. Here comes another employee from the back, cell phone in his hand and wearing a pair of sandles with no socks and posted up on the prep table. Noticing that I look at the man that is making our food and here he is with a pair of crocs and no socks. At this point we are ready to check out and I asked for a small side of queso. This little cup of queso was $5. I love Bubbakoos food but not comfortable going back to a dirty, price gouging place.

Tasty cheesy birria tacos, and the staff always does a good job, while providing excellent customer service.
I used the Bubbakoo's app to place my carryout order. Parking was close and convenient. Although it was 12:30 pm (lunch) I was able to access the restaurant and freely navigate to the carryout counter to grab my order which was ready a few minutes before the designated pickup time. My taco order was correct, and it was packaged neat and orderly. It also included napkins and utensils which is uncommon with carryout orders at most restaurants these days. I took advantage of my $5.00 rewards discount which made the cost my Taco Tuesday meal a bonus. The meal was fresh and delicious, and it satisfied my appetite. I was a happy customer today. Way to go Bubbakoo's! 😁 👍

This is my 2nd time ordering from Bubbakoos Burrito! An it's was amazing each time! The location and how fresh the food is you can't be at it. I get a bowl burrito for the price you can't be it! I definitely recommend and will be ordering more as I work very close to the business! Go grab you a burrito you won't regret it!!!!
