Maybe it was my expectation but the experience was not as good as olive garden snd the prices were higher The menu had a decent selection. Of meals but. Many of the dishes are family style serving 3 or even 4 people (and I like to eat) so a small party has limited options. We had the chicken Limone. The sauce was bland and the chicken was dry. The sides were fine, but again family style leaving us with way too much sides and barely sufficient mains The server was okay, not the clearest speaker and not overly helpful with suggestions, but he was prompt and kept the table well maintained. Overall, the experience was mediocre the meal was expensive and thr atmosphere was pretty typical. I do not intend to visit again as there are better and less expensive options.

Our server was new, he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He did have trouble getting the checks correct because we had a group of eight. Other than that, the experience was lovely and we had fun.

The spicy shrimp and chicken rigatonni are my favorite. The atmosphere is something that reminds me of true love and all those that have had it lost it or make it last.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. This restaurant has been in this location for a looonngg time, so I was looking forward to the opportunity to go - I thought the family style dining seemed fun. They walked us through the kitchen to get to our table. I realize this may be part of their "charm" but I didn't personally care for it and I wonder how the health department feels about this. The food was average, at best, nothing outstanding. Now for the service. Our party of 6 was seated at a table set up for 5. The server only took 5 drink orders (we had to call him back to the table to get the 6th drink order). The bar was out of Tanqueray, so he didn't get the drink he wanted and what he did receive tasted awful. The server never noticed that we were missing a 6th place setting. Even after pointing out that there were 6 of us, we went to a neighboring empty table to retrieve a 6th place setting. We ordered 2 appetizers, a salad, 2 entrees. He didn't bring plates to the table for the appetizers (some were already on the table, some we got, again, from a neighboring table). When the salad was brought, no clean plates came. Warm bread was brought to the table after the salad, right before the entrees. The 2 entrees came at different times. Again, no clean plates. Again, retrieved ourselves. We also cleared our table several times, due to the dishes piling up. Our reservation stated that we were celebrating a birthday. We watched 3 other tables get a birthday song & dessert, we got nothing. Server never even asked about dessert for the table before bringing the bill. Maybe the server was new? Regardless, this wasn't the experience we were hoping for to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday.

Service was slow. We ordered a salad and it looked like it had been made for hours before or even kept in fridge overnight— the lettuce was limp and soggy and looked old. The chicken parm we had loooked like it was fried either a long time ago or the grease it was fried in needed to be tossed out. It was dark brown and greasy. The flavor was also off- this is our final try with them - we had been going there for over 20 years and used to enjoy the food and service but the last few years it had been going down hill and last night I think it hit bottom

We requested to sit at the bar. We were traveling through from Oklahoma and it was our five year anniversary. John was the bartender/waiter and he absolutely made the whole experience for us. I love the atmosphere – they played great Italian type music and pictures were everywhere – felt like we were in a Italian restaurant in Italy. Women’s bathroom had a cone shaped bra and granny panties frame – I loved it! Food was great – no complaints – we had lasagna and it was amazing. But John went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!! Bonus that it smells absolutely amazing as you walk in! And it’s great outdoors to take pictures!

A group of 7 of us from out of town came in at 6:45, after doing a reservation (just to be safe) although the restaurant wasn’t busy when we got there and then proceeded to wait 25 minutes at the table with no server coming to check on us, take a drink order or anything, we finally gave up and left.

Enjoyed the food! I love bread and I liked the bread that served as a starter. It’s definitely not for one person. You’ve got to go there with people so you can share the food. It tasted good although I would say the chicken which I had did not taste fresh. The service was good too. The server we had was kind and they all looked well dressed. It had a unique atmosphere as well. Will recommend!

Went to have lunch with my mom here and we walked in and nobody was at the front which is no big deal in itself. We figured they might not have heard us come in so we called out and nobody came even though we could hear voices in the back. Very disappointed as we were excited to try it again after so long.

I have cancer and must stay away from crowds. For my birthday we reserved the table in the kitchen and were told staff was aware to keep it private. The day of the reservation I got an email and text that our reservation time was moved up an hour. I called and spoke with the manager who blamed ‘kids’ and told me the name of the party they were supposed to have adjusted and assured me my reservation was unchanged. When we got there I was told the kitchen table was occupied and we would have to sit in general seating. I pressed for manager who told me there was another reservation prior to mine and I should have been told it may not be available. I knew this to be the reservation that changed that afternoon and let the manager know that was unacceptable. They sat us at the bar to wait until the kitchen was available. The staff was great although not informed it was my birthday and unaware of our requests. I feel this was poor management that staff could not control and I was very disappointed for my birthday dinner. We drove to Louisville especially for this place. I will say we got a free appetizer out of it. The food is very good and portions are huge. I hope management improves or we will cut this from our list of faves to eat at. I noticed many of staff have left there.
