The restaurant was very empty, but it took over an hour to get our main course. Then another hour to get our bill paid. I was emailed a $20 discount code, that needed the manager to change the bill, this took an hour, that he didn't do correctly shorting my discount to $10. It took so long to get anything done I paid the incorrect amount, because I couldn't wait another hour to get the bill corrected again. The flavor of the main course was not very good. The high prices, along with poor service made this experience difficult to swallow.
It was such a nice birthday celebration!! Great service with Sydney, great atmosphere always and really delicious Alfredo and a Colossal Sundae for dessert!! I had my coupon from Bucca to help pay!!
Food was not good. Tasted bland. The chicken was so dry. It also took a crazy long time to get through dinner. Like 2 hours and it was not busy at all. We all said we would not be back. I will say the bread was very good and our server tried her best and was the only one who looked like she was doing anything. She was super sweet. The manager was also nice with giving us coupons for next time, but I don't think we need them lol.
We got the family spaghetti with meatballs and the food was great! The server was attentive and friendly. Over all great place to eat.
One of my favorite restaurant! Everything was hot and delicious. Spacious and the large portions make it great for large groups.
I want to especially thank our server, Terrence, for taking such good care of us and especially how he showed such kindness to my brother who is visually impaired. Thank you!
Celebrated birthday and enjoyed friendly, efficient service and delicious food — including the “tiny” brownie sundae.
We won't be back. The service was horrible. We sat with empty glasses the entirety of our meal. A manager came by at the end and my mom had to ask her for more soda. Our server had 2 tables (one was ours). The food was really subpar. The Parmesan chicken was chewy and the spaghetti was meh. In fact, when the manager came by she noticed we had all barely eaten any of our meals and were asking for boxes. We brought home 6 boxes because we didn't want to consume it. One bill with spaghetti was $80+. This is absolutely horrendous, especially considering the overall experience. If the restaurant or sever had been any good, I wouldn't be upset. But I could have just stayed home.
The concept of Italian family-style dining is great, but this place is old, short staffed, and serves mediocre food at best. The night our family went, the restaurant was out of a lot of menu items which should've been shared with us before we decided on our order. Our table received the slowest service and after more than 3 hours, we were the last custoners left at the end of the night.
We have eaten here many times and last night was awful. I guess a truck didn't show up. No bread, breadstick substitute was horrible. We usually order the same lasagna and last night it barely fed 2, so small. The fettuccini was good. The colossal sundae wasn't it's normal greatness. We had family in from Montana and other family members who have been there with us bragged so much that these members couldn't wait to go.... Sadly they had less than mediocre experience at the same high quality price.

Food was great! Jordan our server was super nice but seemed frazzled handling a group of 13. But we know he did his best! Bartenders seriously need more training! They did not know how to make an old fashioned. Tasted like water with just a little splash of bourbon. Disgusting! Also u were not busy at all and it took 20 minutes just to get a beer. Other than that, we had a great time! Thank you!
No real complaints. It was Christmas night, they were short staffed and were slammed. Food was delicious and staff were in good spirits. We appreciated them being open.
Excellent restaurant selection for Family Christmas Dinner get together 2025. This was the first time in many years the elder relatives didn't have to worry about standing and cooking hours in our kitchen. Our server was excellent with our food selections and the Family totally enjoyed the Italian lasagna, spaghetti, huge meatballs, pizza, huge ice cream cocktail, Italian cake. Except for the huge statue in the middle of the table, everything else was 100% excellent. Thank You for being Open on Christmas Day🎉
It was Christmas, so I want to give them a bit of slack, but there were a lot of empty tables and despite reservations we weren't seated till about 20 minutes after our scheduled time. The food was good and the kitchen served it as ordered with several modifications. The biggest issue was the service. I'm not sure if she was new or what but she would indicate she was going to get bread, refill, etc and then never return. I had a good sight line on where most of the servers were situated and she would go over there but then seem to forget what she was doing and then head off to wander around. Put a damper on the holiday spirit....and not sure that we will be back anytime soon.
Outstanding for Christmas dinner for our group of 10xbwe lucked out and got the Pope Room. We only had one server and he stayed on top of us, was communicative and everything was great. The restaurant was a lot busier for Christmas Day than I expected with people waiting all over the place, but it seemed to me that everybody was handling the service great.
