Literally the worst customer experience. I placed an online order through their website, called the store directly because I didnât have the option to change ânormal friesâ to wedge fries. I was hung up on twice for such a simple request and was spoken to so poorly. Then the manager comes on and does NOTHING about the situation. Do not order from this place online.

Getting your take out order Is like pulling teeth at this location. Every single time I order pick up here I sit for a minimum of 10-20 minutes before I even see anyone behind the counter. If it wasnât for the love of chicken wings I would not come here again none of the staff seems to care if someone is there or not

I really hate leaving bad reviews⊠Ordered food via door dash late at night . I ordered traditional wings and received a call saying there were no traditional wings and if boneless was okay , I shared that was fine . I also ordered Carmel cheesecake that I paid extra for . There was no Carmel upon delivery and cheesecake was frozen solid. I am pregnant and this was truly disappointing.

The food was very good, however our waitress was not. We had to ask for everything, beginning with utensils and napkins after having received our appetizer. She seemed genuinely put out to have to attend to us. Eye contact was used sparingly, only to show annoyance and disapproval. Past experiences here have been pleasurable, and I hold out hope this was a fluke.
