Joe, the bar server, said online and in-person computers were down to take orders. Maybe because I came in as a single guest? I’m not sure. However it let me place a to-go order. I picked up and ate inside the restaurant. Clearly Joe is after big party tips.Edit to Buffalo Wild Wings response:No. Thats doing your work. You have all the info you need when you have a restaurant full of cameras and computer full of receipts.

The brisket burger didn’t have brisket on it like the picture which is what i was wanting more of. I show the person that ring me out and said this all the brisket you put on there? She said yes. Not impressed with the portion size. Felt like she could’ve did more like idk another fork of brisket since it look more it was a pinch

My husband and I were at this location seated for 20 mins no one ever came to greet us take our drink order or nothing, finally we left and went to another location within 5 mins of being seated we had drinks ordered as well as appetizers and meal and yes they were just as busy….. I will never ever ever visit the Shelbyville Road location again ?? oh and asked to speak with a manager and was told she was to busy… what a way to run a business… y’all should be ashamed

Placed an online order and didn’t have the customization I wanted so I called to ask if they would do it for me. And the woman on the phone was so sweet and nice and had no issues taking care of it for me. Love the customer service!

Worst place on bdubs. I order them online. When we got home There was no large tater tots and it was on the receipt. And I wanted an Asian zing boneless, but they didn't put the Asian zing on the chicken they put it on the side. Never going there again.

I'm here weekly on lunch to annihilate the 10pc traditional lunch deal. Hits the spot every time.s/o the bartender working lunch during the weekdays, he's the man. 10/10.The only negative about Bdubs is that they have the #1 worst app in all of food service. Perhaps, even, the worst app in all of human history.I have never once, over several years, been able to scan my points. Don't see it being fixed any year soon.Love those wings though ?

Terrible Management. Waited 30 minutes to get my food and I ended up leaving. I told one of the workers and they said that’s not their job and walked off. The black lady behind the counter didn’t seem to have a care in the world. Seriously needs some and management upgrade or shut it down. Worst Bdubs in Louisville.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it only went downhill from there.The first red flag was the lackadaisical attitude of the staff. It was evident that customer service was not a priority. The employees seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging my presence, let alone offering any assistance. Moreover, the wait times were absurd. Despite a sparse crowd, I found myself waiting an inordinate amount of time for service. It was frustrating to witness staff members chatting amongst themselves while customers were left unattended. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, they seemed bothered by my request for assistance, as if it was an inconvenience to them.
