Stopped in at 11:15 on a Monday. Walked in and up to the counter to place a take out order. Girl from across the restaurant shouts at me that we aren’t open. Not sure why the doors were open then.

can't understand why my salad took soooooooo long and then the chicken was totally cold so i wasn't waiting for anything. salad isn't a wedge, false ad chicken doesn't have buffalo sauce as indicated and selected I ordered online....and waited and waited and waited and two ppl came in and ordered at the counter and were served before I was.

The place was empty but that didn't stop our server, Bridgette, from giving us the BEST customer service! She was awesome handling the floor by herself as well as keeping an upbeat attitude. She made my 1st visit to BW3 GREAT!!

It's not that I don't recommend BWW, it's just that the last couple time we went our food has been less then up to par. We went yesterday and I ordered 10 traditional half Asian zing and half teriyaki and when I got the food it looked correct so I didn't think much of it but I went to take a bite out of the Asian Zing and my mouth was ON Fire. I don't eat stuff that hot, I like to enjoy the taste of my food... So I had my BF try it and he said it was Mango Habanero! He knows cause that's the sauce he normally gets- but my box had Asian Zing written on the top.. For 1 my mouth was on fire I started sweating (

Understaffed, phone rang and nobody answered it the 45min I waited for my food. Stressed servers, not a good leadership team. Food was ok. I ordered wings, was supposed to get ranch sauce and carrots and celery with it, nothing. Extra sauce. Nothing. I knew if I would complain and wait to complain tgat would be another 10min wasted. I will start going to a different location

Order delivery on the Buffalo Wild Wing apps on 9/22 at 5:30PM. Waited for about an hour to realize that I would never receive my food. Call the store 3 times, its either busy or no on would pick it up. Call Buffalo Wild Wing headquarter, they said they could try to contact the store but they cannot give me a refund. Ended up dispute it with my credit card. Please save yourself and don't order online at this place.

Very clean establishment and they practiced the Covid 19 guidelines. Food took a little while to come after the order was placed but to be fair we did order a lot of food. The blazin hot wings were exactly that. Great bar drinks and the price was very reasonable.

Normally we don’t go to this location because the staff is rude but we love bogo Tuesday nd we were near it. It was 4 of us 20 mins of sitting in a booth with no help, we watched 2 servers walk right past us without speaking a word or stopping, we noticed the bartender working her tail off. Her entire bar was full of people plus have a big party. When she walked by we were clearly upset. She asked us if we have been helped and said that she would happily take care of us. Taking on more work this girl killed it. I’ve seen many servers and bartenders work but HEATHER because she makes her glowing personality be known was so on her game. She took care of us. our wings were hot and she made us feel as though we mattered every time she came to our table. Great bartender. Great girl. Great experience. Great food

I will never order food from this place ever again. When I got my food it was cold. The wing which was supposed to be boneless turned out to be bone in with 0 sauces on them or in the bag. About the only thing they didn’t mess up was my drink.

I am a former employee and worked as a server for this franchise. I resigned 08/27/2020 after taking a rude and belligerent table that cursed me out for simply asking for I’d to serve them alcohol. I immediately went to management with my concerns but sadly did not receive the support I deserved and the customer was assigned a different server and allowed to continue their rude and disrespectful conduct in what should be a casual fun and family friendly restaurant and sports bar. That customer should have been immediately asked to leave and should have received support from my manager. I did not and I refuse to work and give 100% dedication and effort to any restaurant that encourages or tolerates the blatant disrespect that I received. I quit immediately and want everyone to know before you spend hard earned money here and ask everyone to boycott this location and demand better treatment for hard working and passionate servers. There’s a wing stop just up the street.

Always friendly staff, good pricing and specials and value. Quality since Covid 19 has gone down a bit but they make up for it with cleanliness. Everywhere you turned something was getting wiped down and sanitized!

Don't ever order take out. They'll say it'll be ready in an hour. We showed on time just to wait another 45 minutes. And they got the order wrong and the food was cold. This happens every time. I keep trying them again in the hopes they get better, but they never do. Horrible service, the manager should be fired.

Got doordash and when it finally shows up it's the completely wrong order. Try and call them and they just won't answer for half an hour. Finally decide to just drive in. They give me my correct order this time, but I get all the way home and out of 20 wings they only gave me 7. I ordered 3 flavors, and they only gave me 1. Will not be going back
