Do NOT order delivery thru the app. The employees are trained to say “tough luck “ if your order is wrong. They say: it’s you fault for ordering delivery thru their app. I got my celery, carrots, and sauce, but no wings. I was told the driver picked up the wings and another took the condiments. My problem?? Ok.

Wings are a random assortment of dried out mini wings and splintered bone pieces. We love bww, and order once a week, but after using our points tonight, we are done with them. Out of 20 wings, there were 7 micro sized pieces with no meat. Disappointing because we always loved them, but this has been going on for the last couple of years.

Ordered a drink, asked for a menu. Sat on my phone for fifteen minutes, asked to order, was ignored. Went to Cane's instead since they will at least take my order.

Three separate groups either got up to leave after not being served within 15 minutes of being seated or had to send their food back multiple times.

Not that the expectations were high but this is the lowest of the lows. It’s disturbing that a restaurant has roaches, and roaches this big running around the area where they prep, cook, and prepare customers food. This was literally cooked in our food.
I will say the manager did call back to check in, but still this needs to be known.

Waited 25 minutes to order after being sat, nobody came to our table to take our order or to bring us drinks. Not coming back, highly do not recommend this Bdubs, terrible service. Ended up walking out after having my time wasted!

I have eaten in the restaurant and ordered through delivery service. In store is 5/5 however 2/3 times we order though an app, the order is wrong or something is missing. Please tell the staff to do a quick double check of the bag vs the receipt.

Wow! Place has turned around! Needed a place to watch Uofl game last minute and this place did not disappoint. Carmen was amazing! Worked hard and didn’t skip a beat! Refills on it and food came out perfectly. Place doesn’t smell like before and there are more TVs. Way to go!

It's a great restaurant, I love it, but unfortunately the service we received today was terrible, they didn't even give me napkins to clean myself, and the waitress who was serving us all the time on the phone and even sat down with her partner I think and We were drowning from thirst and waiting for food and she was on the phone all the time and she even sat with her boyfriend serving alone, ignoring us, what a terrible service, the truth is, these types of people make a business as great as this look bad with its customers. I am completely disappointed, I do not recommend this place, I like their food but the service is terrible

We had an awsome server who took care of most of the bar area herself. Even though she was busy she kept up with her customers. We stopped in for drinks and appetizers, and I was surprised to have had the best onion rings that I believe I have ever tasted!

Carmen was AMAZING!!! We had the best service ever at this location. However, Scott the manager was completely out of line yelling at his wait staff while on the floor. I honestly don’t know how any servers stay working here after listening to the way they are spoken to by management. Carmen held it together and provided awesome service. Definitely will return for Carmen and pray that Scott has been reprimanded!!!

Came in around 30 minutes after they opened. The boneless wings I ordered tasted like they had been cooked the night before and left out, extremely stale tasting. And not to mention the “general manager” if you can even call him that, I watched him talk to the servers like they weren’t even human. If he can’t even run a restaurant with food that doesn’t taste disgustingly old or treat his employees with basic decency he shouldn’t have a job.
