Closed for renovation. I got to find out the hard way because that info isn't provided online. Google Location shows it open (BK should have updated that). The BK app didn't show it—which I wrote off as a technical glitch—when it should have, along with the Closed for reno information.

I go here every other whopper Wednesday basically, and the employees are always so nice 😭 Every. Single. Worker. I have yet to meet one person at this location, who isn’t kind, or professional. I have no clue why anyone would give this location bad reviews!!! If you are rude to the workers here, you deserve bad service and food, because every person here is the absolute best!!!! Burger King fam, love you guys.

I do not tolerate Burger King slander. I love Burger King, no other fast food restaurants have a burger this good. This is the closest store near my house, and I guess I could be considered a regular. I always get double whopper jr’s whether through door dash or drive thru, and even if I order late, my food is always tasty and fresh, they never mess up anything, everyone is friendly. Keep up the good work Burger King on Crittenden Drive. Your whole team is appreciated and yall are good for our community.

The restaurant was filthy!!
Tables dirty. Soda machine dirty. Condiment station dirty. Men's restroom dirty of course 🙄. Heard the women's restroom was dirty as well. This seems to be an on-going theme for this location. I ate here several years ago & it was the same.
