Worst Burger King in the city!!!!! Employees are rude and act like you’re bothering them when you order food. Food is cold and been sitting out for who knows how long but yet service is still slow! I ordered a 4 piece mozzarella stick and they were cold and looks like they’ve been sitting out for hrs don’t go here I will never go back again

I placed an order through Uber and it said the order was completed, but 4 uber drivers came and went because you all weren't open. If you were, whoever was working made it look like you weren't.It was 7 am on a Saturday, of course you're open. Be very weary of ordering anything from here, they might just not do the order.
This was the best experience I've had at a Burger King! Service was great and so was the food. The restaurant could be cleaned a bit more. But all in all it was a great experience! PS: Give Nick a raise.

Wow! Not only ly was the food on point, the staff here was absolutely amazing. The gal with the cute nails went so over the top. Burger King is lucky to have such an extraordinary staff. They made us leave with smiles on our face. Wow! Just wow!

This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. It could be 2 cars including mine and it takes 15-20 minutes. Absolutely awful! The cashier is always friendly but the service is so slow.

This is my second time coming to this location and each time I had the privilege of being served by the nicest lady in Louisville KY. Today I was even down on myself and just the way her body language was towards me, made me feel welcomed. And her sparkling attitude was amazing. She made my day. So thank you.
