I arrived at this store at 10:30 AM with a DoorDash order placed by a customer online. It was supposed to be ready or in preparation. Instead, a Black person with multicolored braids yelled at me, saying there was no lunch, that it wasn't lunchtime yet, that breakfast was already over, and that they would make the order. They yelled and gestured aggressively; I honestly don't know if it was a man or a woman, but they looked like a man based on their gestures and rude way of speaking. Other customers arrived, and they were served their orders and ate in the store. I had to call DoorDash support to resolve everything, and they ended up canceling the order. I absolutely do not recommend going to this place. They are rude, disrespectful, and xenophobic. I am Latina, and they hated me from the moment I walked into the store.

I ordered a chicken wrap, I guess, but it was nothing like a chicken wrap. First of all, it was ugly. It came open in the bag and they didn't even include a napkin. Burger King, do better.

Curtis, checked me out today around 5:19 PM Saturday, December 20! He was extremely helpful and polite!

While I was waiting in line right as I got to the desk, some lady walked around me and got straight in front of me and he expertly navigated the situation without causing any conflict and I was able to receive my food in the order I arrived!
This man definitely deserve some recognition and raise! Keep up the great work!

I’m not in a rush but it’s crazy that I’ve sat in this drive thru for dang near 15 minutes but who keeps track of time. At this point it’s comical and I’m ready to hear the excuse when I get up to the window if I even mention anything. Nobody in the lobby and the drive thru isn’t busy what so ever. This is such fast food (joking). Nobody in front of me has received multiple bags of food it’s all been small bags… Just got close to the window it’s been 20 minutes now.

Do not ever come to this Burger King Dana, who apparently is the manager is not only rude. She is disrespectful and doesn’t know how to approach a customer. I was given wrong food, and when I called to get it rectified, I was berated and called names by Dana, who told me if I have a problem to speak with Joe their manager and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. I have never had such poor customer service. Louisville Burger King on Preston Highway with Dana as their manager takes the cake for the worst fast food restaurant in the entire United States. She deserves to be fired!

Best customer service of any fast food EVER! The young cook even changed gloves before handling the Impossible burger, and he didn't even know about our meat allergy. Very gracious workers with kind hearts. Thank you.

Let's just say I came early waited and drive through for nearly 30 minutes nobody answered drive-thru or anything to take my order so I went back around got and drive through again and waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes before someone took my order only to get the wrong order and when I gave it back to them after I had looked in the bag and stuck my hands in the bag they gave that bag to the customer it belong to after I had dug in it they should have given that customer a whole new bag of food not the one that I gave back and dug in. The staff here are completely rude. I had to get my meal replaced a couple different times at this restaurant and continue having issue so I will not be going here again.
