Christmas Eve stopped in order the biscuit and some tater rounds, Was informed no biscuits so I swapped out to a croissant. The potato rounds crumbled apart, like it was the second time they had been cooked, hard as a rock, no potato, and the croissant was as flat as a pancake"Nasty food coupled with non-personable counter personnel. Ordered on the app, when I got to the restaurant, after confirming my name and online order at the speaker, I sat waiting in the drive thru. When I get to the window, the manager claimed that she didn't have my order. When I gave her the receipt I got from the guy working the drive thru, she went back to the bagging area and told the cook that she would actually need my order after all . I was then asked if I could pull up and wait. So 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I got my order. It wasn't even hot and my sandwich was made wrong.

Our feet stuck to the floor. You couldn’t put your hand on the railing or the tables because they were so sticky. Essentially you couldn’t touch any surfaces. The manager was not professional. Making what should have been 1 on 1 conversations, public knowledge. She also asked an employee to clean the dining room. The employee “cleaned” 2 tables and then left. Basically it was a total mess. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Great place during the day shift at night it's a little different. We ate there for lunch and I must say the food was fresh. The manager on duty she was amazing. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was personally working the front line and nothing short of amazing.
