Ordered 4 meals through mobile app. Yhey did not have shakes, and they offered to change it for drinks. Well, is not same price, i’m slmost 5 $ fown in difference and they can not give money back, cancel or else. They don’t know. But ehat pisses me off is the way they told me, thr words they chose, and absolutely no apologies or solutions.
Plus, as a extra, fries very salty, and they forgot straws for the drinks… Hot mess. Not coming back.

Can't give zero or I would...could not go inside during normal hours because doors were locked. 3 workers standing around behind counter not doing anything. One noticed me as I pulled up. Noone even acknowledged me even after trying both doors and knocking on one door.

This is a terrible restaurant. The heavy set, female supervisor has serious issues with customer service.This restaurant is on its last leg…the condition of the dining area is filthy has not been thoroughly cleaned in a very very long time. Food was mediocre and in bad shape… I couldn’t eat it.
If you're the owner of this restaurant you need to consider changing the staff for people who have accountability, responsibility, customer service skills and want to work.

Dining room is never open. I ride on two wheels and Everytime I try to go through the drive thru. They will ignore me and if I go to the window. They won't take my order since I didn't place it at the pull up. Never seen a store staffed as badly as this location. Lot full of cars but drive thru only. No wonder locations are closing down

watch out for the girl in the morning shift she’s “not wearing her contacts” got the order wrong twice not even going to bother going up there again
then when i call to let her know she messed up again and needs to get the orders right she hangs up, literally the worst burger king
