DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I spent over $25 on food and then they charged me for 2!!! zesty sauce! I ate the spicy chicken, which was horrible. I could only eat half and i knew at the time i shouldn't have even eaten that. Now ive had food poisoning for the past two days. Its pretty sad that you spend over $20 and get food poisoning on top of their horrible service. NEVER AGAIN!!! And if i can save one person from the experience ive had im happy!

Order on the app, always pulled up even if it's one item. Normally missing items, one time was missing an 8 dollar sandwiches, restaurant told me I needed to take it up with the app, then was only offered a 5 dollar discount on my next purchase instead of just getting the double whopper.

Every time my family places an online order, we’re met with rude service. EVERY SINGLE TIME! It’s as if they’d rather us come through the drive thru & order 10 different meals instead. After the nasty & rude tone I was met with AFTER saying I was there to pick up an order, I’m just not going to spend my hard earned money here.

Hadn't been to Burger King for a while but so glad that I went! Good is made to order they really mean "have it your way" when they say it! The guy who was at the front counter was awesome! He was super friendly! Definitely recommend going here!

We wanted burger King one day so we went to 3 different ones before we managed to find this one. The other stores we couldn't even order food without having to wait for atleast 20 min in line. When we went there; there was no line really and it went very quick. We got our food it was actually hot and good. So we wasn't sure it wasn't a fluke so we went back again and this time we changed up and ordered online and did specialty orders fully expecting them to screw it up. They didn't we were shocked. So we went again same thing they were perfect again polite food was hot and fast and order was correct. That is definitely out bk from here on out even though we have closer ones.

Great Restaurant,Friendly Staff, and The food always comes out fast and fresh. But The Dining area is ALWAYS Closed early. Every Since Covid these restaurants have been operating in a weird way….Closing and opening at weird times etc. Maybe it’s low staffing idk. I always take out because I don’t have patience for drive thrus (They always have a crowd).

Worst drive through in Louisville, and that's quite a low bar to reach. They never give me a receipt, likely because they don't want me to take the survey. I don't know the name of the nasty person in the drive through (hence another reason they probably don't give me a receipt). But it's the young black girl in the mornings; she always seems like she is angry at the whole world. I know it's hard to get help in bottom-dwelling jobs these days, but you have to do better than this person. Nobody in the drive through queue before me or behind me, but she barks out "pull around front." So I do. Then she gingerly strolls out the front door and just stares at me until I have to take the food from her grasp. I say thank you. And she says nothing and just gives her angry nasty look again.
