Absolutely GREAT Experience at this burger king! Very nice worker at first window, and everyone is nice there! Plus, the food came out very hot and fresh which was nice, My kids were definitely happy with their food also. This has to be the best burger king I've ate at in a while.

I want to say thank you for the amazing service I received today. Ive been feeling really low and having a hard time and today in the drive thru is the first time Ive smiled in 3 days. The kindness and warmth in that short interaction with the guys in the drive thru gave me something to smile about and Im grateful cause I needed it. People really dont understand the impact of kindness so I wanted to reiterate my appreciation. Keep up the good work!

I stopped in, and got an impossible whopper. The young man, that waited on me was so polite and courteous. My sandwich was hot and fresh, and I was impressed by this young man's drive. He told me he was working two jobs, and really made me feel like he enjoys working there. I left, with a smile on my face and I appreciate that💯😘

This was my first time bringing my family to this Burger King, and honestly it’ll be the last. We were the only customers there around 11:45, but the woman in all black, who looked like a supervisor, made us feel completely unwelcome. She kept holding her chin up and giving us a dirty look, like she was looking down on us, almost as if we didn’t belong there or couldn’t afford the food. We even dress neat, and I don’t think we looked poorly at all. Yes, we are Asian, racist much? For the record, we’re not wealthy, but we’re definitely not poor either. We just wanted to enjoy a simple meal together without being judged. What makes it worse is this is the closest Burger King to my house in Auburn Oaks, so I thought it would be a nice go-to spot. Instead, I walked out feeling disappointed and disrespected. The food at Burger King is the same everywhere. The only thing that makes a location worth coming back to is the service. As someone who manages a hotel, I know how important it is to treat people with respect, even when you’re having a rough day. A smile and basic courtesy go a long way, and that’s just part of being in customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to say I won’t be returning to this Burger King again.

They were short staffed and extremely busy so they were a little slower than normal which is to be expected so no big deal. The lady that took our order was AMAZING!! The food was hot and delicious just not to self don't get a double burger..too much food not enough empty space in stomach lol
You need to do better job on delivering hot food serving cold burgers is not a good concept and is a very bad presentation of what could be better if done right
