These people either hate their job or they get treated so bad that they just don't care about bk reputation. ? the way they speak to you when your ordering food is like your supposed to have the menu memorized and it's against policy to ask questions. 0 stars is the real rati g but not optional so they get one ...I will never visit this store again nuggets we're like card board burgers so sloppy .as soon as I opened it I had a lap full of toppings and the drinks were straight carbonation only flavor to change the color and the ice had a soapy taste like dawn

Visited this location on 01/02/24 at 6:45pm. Historically the service has been pretty bad here. Employees unfriendly, food too long under heat lamps etc. Tonight's drive through visit was a breath of fresh air. Excellent improvement on customer interaction.The food was hot and who I assumed to be the new manager (middle aged lady with glasses) even wished me a prosperous and Happy New Year!

Really can't rate the food considering I didn't get all of it. I waited 30 mins for a mobile order! They pulled every car in the line then bring every car before and after me their food. We had to walk in 3 different times to get everything. Finally said forget it!
