Had a drive thru pickup order for 6:40 Didn’t get it till 7:15 Waited for over 45 minutes with only 3 cars in line, for one burger and one fry. That was it. Couldn’t even pull off because I had already paid for it. Could see the older female manager kicking back and sipping on her drink from the window.
Best BK in this county. These guys get it right, are kind, respectful, even brought my food to me. I used to manage for the Carroll's and this gentleman Jacorey is PERFECT management material

I don’t under stand how yall don’t know how to update y’alls hours! Me and my brother went to RISK our lives in this COLD weather to drive to Burger King and get a dang whopper with cheese and yall was closed even though it said open!! Do better

Just ordered a impossible whopper, and the young man who helped us out was very kind and brought out my order to us :) Burger King workers are always the best out of all major fast food, drive thru chains, imo. Check out the app rn! There is a cute Christmas village. I colored a snowman in a digital coloring book earlier. Fun for kids ☃️🍔🎄

I bought the crabby patty meal for 13 bucks, I got nothing special regular wrapping, no stickers, no box, I did get something resembling a pineapple something, but it was over filled, could not get lid on. Extremely expensive and disappointed.

Ordered dinner here and they got our food wrong and gave us an attitude when we told them that they didn’t give us our daughters kids meal but instead they gave us the wrong food so we went inside and the guy on the grill had an attitude and said “he just made the order” and kept going on about it and the girl had an attitude also and was like “I know” and got an attitude after she put the burger in the bag and I had to tell her she forgot the fries. Our order number was clear and the items we got wasn’t ours it was 2 completely different orders number and I told them they can check our bag and the receipts to prove to them that the items were wrong and they didn’t. Plus it took forever to even get our food and they had us and multiple other cars waiting for a long time. They need to work on their customer service. They also crumbled up the napkins and threw them in the bag and the food wasn’t fresh it was soggy and old/hard. We will not be coming back. Hopefully the guy didn’t get mad and do anything to our daughter’s food because if so I know who did it. To add to it the drinks were so small and they were horrible watered down.
Online ordering let me order a frozen lemonade. Of course I get there and they tell me that their frozen machine doesn't work. Now I have to settle for a soda that I don't want but I can't get a refund. To make matters worse, when I pull up to the window I have a guy hand me my drink while laughing and giving me a weird look. I asked for a ranch cup so he gives me that and gives me another weird look almost like he's wanting to fight. So bizarre. Won't be going back to this location if I even go back to Burger King at all
