DON’T GO to this store it’s gross and a joke!!!!!!!!!
If I could give a zero star on everything I would! This store is a joke! They continue to take online orders without specifying that their front lobby is closed illegally while a very young under the age of six child ran around in the back near the fryers and all the hot area, which is completely and utterly illegal and breaks every OSHA safety protocol there is for food service. When a pick up drive-through order was placed, we got there and were informed oh their shake machine is down so they’ll replace it with a soda pop we told them no we wanted a refund for the shake. They told us they couldn’t do that. We would have to re-order and pay a second time You can’t get a hold of corporate. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody answers you back. They have nothing but attitude at the store when you want information it’s nasty. It’s dirty and it’s a joke and it breaks so many laws don’t go here. They also up charge on all of their menu items

Terrible experience in drive through! I ordered ahead on mobile app and still took over 30 min to get one chicken wrap and the store ran out of ice cream so we didn’t even get that. Workers on Sunday night are awful can’t even give you all of your food at the drive through counter and make you wait along the side of the road for your hot food… worse BK I’ve been to …

This specific location has welcoming and friendly staff, clean space, and timely service.
BK flavor has its crowd but I prefer their fresh fries and burger meat flavor. Also, their ice cream machine is never down.

NEVER COME HERE!! Got my order wrong after I went in to get it!!!! This guy on drive thru needs training to talk to customers! Short answers attitude, went inside the store Manager told me to ask someone else about my order because she just got there. Restaurant was dirty all the staff was rude. All of them should be fired and find someone that will gladly do their jobs. Worst experience ever @ 4:33 pm Sunday Nov 3
