Ordered online. When arrive at the restaurant, they said they didn’t have any burgers and it would be about 20 minutes for them to fire up the grill. At 1:00 pm. How does BURGER King NOT have burgers?!?!

Didn't get anything, I asked for help with the mobile app. Lady at drive thru straight up said wasn't part of her job to help with website and not to come to window unless I place an order. So down right rude I said thanks for nothing and have a nice day.

I don’t know what happened- if the owner knows and if the mangers don’t care- but it’s crazy- it takes 20 minutes to get your order through the window especially in the evenings/nights. I’ve seen employees eating from a customer’s bag as they brought it out to them. I was watching the cook- one cook- cooking one hanger patty at a time verse preparing for rushes etc. and the staff is scary. There used to be time limits on how quick and order is prepared for the customer. It’s sad because BK burgers are usually good if there’s not excess sauces

I visited this Burger King and was happy with the quality overall. The food was prepared well and served hot, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. The only drawback was that the wait time was longer than I expected, which took away from the convenience a little. Other than that, everything else was very good and I would come back again.

Drive thru takes FOREVER. Going inside they have two or three people working. You have to wait for someone to come take your order.
The few times I’ve come here my food is swimming in sauce. My wraps were no exception. Also what is this disgusting thing! See image! DO BETTER BK!!!
