Today was the first time we went to Burger King on the outer loop around 1pm 1:30 and had amazing service in the last 10 years everyone was very nice and working hard food was good too.

These people NEVER get in a hurry about ANYTHING! EVER!!! Picture is how long I waited for my food. And it was slow. Not many customers there at all. I can see whyAnd I was given coke instead of the DR pepper I ordered

I thought the first visit was a fluke and maybe it was a bad time of day, or just a bad day for me, or bad time for employees personally or at work. I gave them every opportunity to fix that first day with 3 more tries. After 4 visits I realized:1. Doesn't matter what damn time of day!2. Doesn't matter what kind of day the employees are having.3. Doesn't matter what kind of day I'm having.4. IT SUCKS ALL THE TIME, MORNING, NOON AND NIGHT!!They are insanely slow, and I am talking a consistent 13-21 minutes in the drive-thru with 2-4 cars in line.Upon reaching the window, I realized the issue seems just to be lazy teens.It's always the same teens, all times of the day and they all could care less.Unfortunately, where I work is right around the corner and there is little to nothing available in a hurry. It always seems like this location has cold food. Or it takes 20 minutes to get through the drive through, but if you get hot food, it's good.
The food was ok once they got it right after the third time I had to sit in line at the drive thru to get my order correct. Because the lobby was closed for inside orders. Took an hour.

Came In for some To go whoppers and fries the cashier was polite and the food was hot and fast tasted amazing. Friendly staffKid-friendliness: Kids was happy
