Best Burger King I’ve ever been to. Ms T and her crew gave my family the best possible experience. She’s so great with letting my little one order and helping us have a great meal and time. Ms T seems to be the greatest store manager I’ve ever been to. She even apologized to me on behalf of another Burger King store and that I said I had an issue with an she said “I’m going to make it right” she apologized and showed me and my family real customer service with a fantastic crew in the kitchen. Thank you so much!

This is the end of my Burger King story. I always love burger king’s burger than others. I ordered whooper meal today with fries and coke. Amazing hospitality. Everyone was nice. But when I taste fries I had to spit out. And it was smelling super nasty. I couldn’t even eat burger after that. It’s after work I spend 12.39 for my meal that I couldn’t eat. Top of that I feel like I need to puke…

I don't normally leave reviews for major fast-food chains but this BK surprised me. I haven't been to this BK in a very long time but I needed a quick bite for dinner. The whopper was hot and fresh and the fries were perfect. I'm honestly not sure I've ever had BK this perfect. Whoever is working there now is doing it right.

I was there later at night. I needed help with the app. The woman Naja (I think, I have to check her name) was such a help. And it hasn't been once, but a few times. I ordered to the wrong store, because the address was messed up. She's the sweetest.

I come here a lot more now that they have a new team but I noticed when coming to do my review some people have bad things to say about the new manager who is great at her job. She cares for us customers but some of the employees don’t. And when when let’s them know hey they want it this way or that way or no that’s not what they asked for they give her hell and when she tries to correct what is wrong some people get mad and complain but all she is doing is her job providing great service to everyone. No she doesn’t need to be fired or step down. They need to step her up because she is what makes Burger King a great pleasure to come eat and get some laughter and smiling service. She makes sure food is always fresh and hot and is always smiling and friendly even if she is having a rough day she puts you first. So those who is mistaking her caring for being rude she is not. She is making sure great food and service is being provided so no complaints but hey you can’t satisfy everyone but me and my family will forever be grateful for her kind and wonderful service and thank T for all you do.

Nice and fresh burger and fries, (Kayden) the employee there, Who took my order was super nice, and was very polite and she also followed instructions!
Food + Service was honestly okay, had this young man prepare my food he was genuinely so kind and helpful whilst there was a long line of cars, but his manager i’m guessing was still not happy with his “work” she is constantly yelling and bickering at staff members for god knows what and using inappropriate language around children and teenagers, she did not make me feel welcomed and seem to have an attitude if i asked for anything like it was a burden to her, i think she goes by the name tarina? it was just rude of her and if she doesn’t like her job maybe she should find something that floats her boat.
