Some customers at this location are partaking in ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. I know two people who refuse to visit Cafe Joker - one of them saw a drug deal happening in front of them underneath a table. The other is a Kentucky government representative. This place needs to be investigated.

If you came for laughs, you will get them. The bartender is a regular court side jester. He did make me laugh.They insist they serve "bar food". He repeated it several times for clarification for himself.It's frozen food for sure. He pointed it out. He stated with great degree of pride that they serve coffee more than anything else.I hope the coffee is not a stale as the service. It was clear he didn't want to mess with it. Don't call it a cafe. Call it beer bar.Down the street you will find a place Tracks Bar & Grill. They have drinks *and* food.If you ever owned a place and did both you know the difference.That is not bar food. It frozen bits of stuff in a bag.

Had a few hours to kill and popped in here on a whim. Pretty chill neighborhood kind of a bar that serves good espresso. I'll go going back for sure.
