The food was not good at all. Spent close to 50$ and waited which was fine I thought it was going to be hot . I got the sampler fish shrimp chicken, chicken was hard, shrimp just three regular. I won't be going back to the one on Preston

Stop coming due to bad management, started coming back about a month ago and the new General Manager is awesome, customer service was great and me and my family will definitely be back

We waited a long time for our food. When my husband went to ask about it, it was sitting in the window and had been for awhile cause it wasn't hot at all and the fries were rubbery. We didn't have napkins so my husband reached over the counter to get some he saw and the girl came out yelling at him and told him if he reached over the counter again he would be escorted out and banned from coming in again. My husband is 79 years old and meant no harm. We will not be back to Captain D's again. Lots of nicer fish places

Food was cold and my fish was like rubber. I ate the food anyway because I was hungry and had to get my child home she was crying and I didnt have time to go back and get a refund. I wont be back to the location.

The male cook was cool, but the front lobby, staff and other lady that cooked my mac & cheese thought it was funny to give me a watery mac & cheese after I complained that the mac & cheese given to me was cold. I eat here 34 times a week. The mac & cheese has been cold. My last two visits. I usually let things slide, but I thought I’d tell them this time because I’m tired of eating macaroni and cheese. They goof around and have bad attitudes. I went This past Tuesday.

Trust and believe if i could get away with not leaving a star i would this is by far the worst Captain d's walk in the restaurant there's 3 employees just standing there didn't even acknowledge a customer walking in they all joking around laughing didn't even say hi can i take your order absolutely no acknowledgement at all no wonder it's always dead ..If i want captain d's ill go over to Shivley ..Do y'all self a favor and close the one on Preston highway... And no wonder there's so many bad reviews on this location i see why now..

As I waited nearly 15 minutes for my food, I saw the female worker with glasses go OUTSIDE the building, get a bag of food from a man (she gave him the wrong order) and she returned the food into the store and gave it to someone in the drive through.

No way this is sanitary or meets the health code. I had already ordered my food. The fish had large black specks on it and had an odd taste.

I will not eat here again.

Walked in first thing out of chicken tenders which is what came for then asked for Sweet & Sour sauce out of that. Will not be returning.
Dining room floor filthy. Fish over cooked, fries cold.

I always want to leave good reviews, but I also want others to know what they're getting themselves into. Food is good when it's right. I don't know about other Captain D's, but this one has gone downhill throughout the years. Okra and fish has gotten greasier. We always preorder, but we're always waiting and average of 15 minutes after pickup time. We ordered two shrimp kids meals and both sides were incorrect. We were given all fries instead of corn and Mac and cheese. I'm tired of these issues that I don't even want to bother fixing it. They used to check to make sure your order was bagged accurately, but I guess not anymore.

Saw an advertisement on the TV for the new garlic fries. Hubby went to get some and I was disappointed when he got home. They were regular fries with a small area in the middle that looked a little greasy. It was the garlic butter! It was just a little smear on a few of the top fries. I'll probably not get those again. The rest of the food was good..
