Spent 40 minutes at drive thru window after getting money didn't get 3 of my sides fries only in a fish kids meal

Sad that we waited in the drive thro for 20 min for our food. This location used to be a very good drive thru . Don't know what happened. We were shorted two of our sides and sauces that I was told was in the bag was missing. Hush puppies were hard and fries were cold. Broccoli was dry but Fish and Shrimp were good. Service was subpar!

Even though it was late tonight that should have Battery Service didn't get my order right or didn't complete my order pay for something I didn't get wasn't about to go back and get it wasn't worth it took forever just to get an order in one car at a time only must have been two employees in the whole building

Cash only on drive up screen, cool I got cash on me. Took long time to get waited on. Ordered first meal with fries, no fries. No problem so we ordered a grill dish.. no grill.. It's that true? Or do they just come want to work?! Lol, we left

I ordered ahead online and arrived when it told me the food would be ready. We I arrived they informed me that the food was still not ready yet. I waited another 20 minutes for the food to come to the window. When I got back home I found that they forgot my extra two pieces of chicken and ranch that I ordered and paid for. Definitely will not be visiting this location again!!!

Had to wait on fish and when we got our food, everything was fresh not just the fish. So food was good.Excellent customer service. Let me know there was a delay immediately and then offered to bring out the food once it was up. Made our drinks before we sat down without asking . Once food was brought out they made sure we had the sauces we needed.Will be back ... would recommend

Worst food EVER !!!Fish, no flavor at all & couldn't explain what kind of fish it wasHushpuppies mid as Mr. Chimetime would sayShrimp flavor NegativeCrab cakes A BIG heck, nahhh, unless you like fried mystery mushOkra fried good, but no flavorBroccoli, ok if you like straight out the water or microwave with absolutely NO seasoning at all.The only thing that was good was it was hot, that's it !!!Oooo & if you like crust, you get a complimentary pile up under your trashy food.Now, if you like absolutely no seasoning, not even salt, then you will love this place.

They screw up my order the last 2 times I’ve been. While I’m ordering, the lady taking the order is so rude. Before I can get 2 words out, she’s asking what else or is that all? She doesn’t read your order back to you. When you get to the window, she kills you with kindness and you forget how rude she was until get home and your order is missing items.

This particular location always seems empty HOWEVER... they have had the friendliest workers and great food the few times we have visited. The okra is where its at!!! Food is prepared to order so you do wait for it, but worth it. Comparable pricing to other fast food.

Fish & chicken were really good. Hushpuppies were good but only warm as was corn on cob. Green bean just ok & not hot. Same with potato soup. Fries were cold & tasted not good. Even the kid wouldn't eat them. That is the way the fries always seem to be the last several times I've eaten there. Didn't have long wait for food... Probably why the temps were so bad.Only one person for counter & drive through. Did a good job with a busy time.Wheelchair accessibility: Only if u have a helper. Doors not set up for it.

By far the absolute worst customer service I’ve received at a Captain D’s. I came to this location with my friend at 8pm last night. We waited at the register for 10 minutes, before the cook, from the kitchen window noticed us and yelled to the manager “you have customers up here”Between the music playing back there, we couldn’t hear what she said back. He told us he didn’t know if she was going to take our order. We were both confused…I asked him if they were closed in the dining room or if someone Was going to take our order at all. He then yelled at me to get out if I didn’t like the way they did things and an argument ensued. I’m not letting anyone talk to me any kind of way. At this point the manager comes out from the back and just looks confused…like we hadn’t been waiting patiently for 15 minutes for someone to greet us or take our order. The drive thru had 2 cars in it, the store didn’t close for another 2 hours. They weren’t even busy. Then talked to me like a dog because I asked if somebody was going to help us at some point….just ghetto. Clearly looking for a reason to get us out of the restaurant so they didn’t have to serve us…like they didn’t plan to do from the beginning. If they just said that they didn’t come to work, to work, we’d have just left. Went to Bardstown rd location and had no problems. Definitely won’t be back and will report this to corporate.

I went through drive through and ordered a Fish and shrimp with 2sides.. The guy never asked my sides and when I told him he rudely said my sides and gave me total.. I wasn't done with order and he's rushing me and asked what else and I wanted the deluxe which came with fish shrimp crabs and 2 sides.. I got home first meal was good the 2nd was only 1 piece of fish and a spoon full of Mac and cheese..Both meals were brunt. Everytime I came here is bad service I came at 5:00 on 10/3/2023... Hire people who want to be there.
