Captain D's used to be on of my favorite restaurants. I haven't eaten at one in a long time and today I'm reminded why. You have completely fell off as far as the quality of the food. It's terrible, and you seriously need to renovate. Who did the amateur paint job? It's horrendous. Don't change the cheesecake. It was the only thing that taste good.

And the food, I had high hopes, but in reality, after waiting 30 mins total at the menu just for them to take my order, second car back, the food was ... oh wait. Never got it. When I pulled around to drive off, they weren't even waiting on someone. skip going here. You'll thank me

I've been setting in drive thru for 30 mins waiting for a 5.99 fish, shrimp and frie meal, this is ridiculous I definitely don't think I will be back to this Captain D's anymore ????

I was the first one through the drive-thru and had to sit and wait almost 40 minutes by the time I got out of the window they were backed up all the way around the building two people work there supper time you're going to lose that store if you don't get more employees that is ridiculous we waited in line almost 40 minutes at the window two people running it it was backed up all around the building and in the front you're going to lose people because people would rather go to Long John silver's than to sit in that line like that I'm not so sure I'll ever go back and it's closed I have to go 3 me to get to Long John silver's

Spent 40 minutes at drive thru window after getting money didn't get 3 of my sides fries only in a fish kids meal

Sad that we waited in the drive thro for 20 min for our food. This location used to be a very good drive thru . Don't know what happened. We were shorted two of our sides and sauces that I was told was in the bag was missing. Hush puppies were hard and fries were cold. Broccoli was dry but Fish and Shrimp were good. Service was subpar!

Even though it was late tonight that should have Battery Service didn't get my order right or didn't complete my order pay for something I didn't get wasn't about to go back and get it wasn't worth it took forever just to get an order in one car at a time only must have been two employees in the whole building
Cash only on drive up screen, cool I got cash on me. Took long time to get waited on. Ordered first meal with fries, no fries. No problem so we ordered a grill dish.. no grill.. It's that true? Or do they just come want to work?! Lol, we left

I ordered ahead online and arrived when it told me the food would be ready. We I arrived they informed me that the food was still not ready yet. I waited another 20 minutes for the food to come to the window. When I got back home I found that they forgot my extra two pieces of chicken and ranch that I ordered and paid for. Definitely will not be visiting this location again!!!

Had to wait on fish and when we got our food, everything was fresh not just the fish. So food was good.Excellent customer service. Let me know there was a delay immediately and then offered to bring out the food once it was up. Made our drinks before we sat down without asking . Once food was brought out they made sure we had the sauces we needed.Will be back ... would recommend

Worst food EVER !!!Fish, no flavor at all & couldn't explain what kind of fish it wasHushpuppies mid as Mr. Chimetime would sayShrimp flavor NegativeCrab cakes A BIG heck, nahhh, unless you like fried mystery mushOkra fried good, but no flavorBroccoli, ok if you like straight out the water or microwave with absolutely NO seasoning at all.The only thing that was good was it was hot, that's it !!!Oooo & if you like crust, you get a complimentary pile up under your trashy food.Now, if you like absolutely no seasoning, not even salt, then you will love this place.
