My food was EXTREMELY COLD
the fish was warm at best, fries was old and cold the green beans was right out of the can no seasoning and cold.. I won't be going back

Fish was cold and didn't get ketchup after asked for it. The wait was the worst. Atleast 10 mins at speaker and 10+ mins at window waiting on cold fish and fries!! I'd recommend going somewhere else

This place closed at 10pm. I drove out just for them to turn off the lights so the time for closure is incorrect
Took a while to get my food, but it was hot and fresh. The store was out of several sauces though

Started out at the drive thru sat there for 10 minutes no one answered to acknowledge us. The worker had her head out the window and she told the car "come on in and I will hook you up with a bunch of food" we ended up having to go in waited another 20 minutes went by got our food it was raw, Mac and cheese was cold, fries were hard. The worker was playing with her hair and blowing her nose on her hand. Name on the receipt was anyla. I called corporate and never got a call back. Evidently they don't care about their customers

Visited this location on Friday, September 13 between 430-5pm. Ordered the 2 piece fish dinner. However, after waiting in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes I did not receive my full order. I called to the location at 5:27pm and spoke to Sophia. She stated she would write down the name so we could come back at a later date to get the missing fish. And nothing further. However, on the following Monday, manager, Stephanie states the name is not written down anywhere and she would not honor it. Now I feel like I need to call my bank and get them involved as I paid for a service and did not receive my full order.
I reached out to the store directly and also filled out the Captain D's online report under Contact Us prior to submitting this google review. No one has followed up.

Got to the store at 8:30 to get take out, the sign on the door said Dining room closes at 9:00 PM, so I was like "good, a half an hour to spare". Yet the fact that the doors were locked tight told me that that sign was a lie.
I left and went to rallys instead.
Congrats Capt D's, you lost a customer, not just for now, but for the future.
If you cannot adhere to the signs you yourself put up, then I'm sure the food prep is probably done in a shoddy fashion also.
