Bathroom was so nasty, pee on floor, trash on floor no paper towl in dispenser. No ice in lobby drunk machine. None put in whole time I ate. Floor and tables were nasty, grease, trash an fish crunchy on floor. Staff was very rude. Then some older lady in back works yelling an fussing.

Deluxe Seafood platter, hot and fresh but the fish had a strange smell, texture, and taste. Not the same fish I have been getting at Captain D's forever. Suspect they have changed source or supplier possibly ? Don't care for this new variety of fish at all.

Horrible customer service girl in drive through with piercings in her nose was rude. She forgot part of my order, I had drove 4 mins down the street and realized it. So I had to turn back around instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she gonna ask for my receipt when I had just came through the drive through she knew what she forgot she was just being nasty and needs customer service training.

Took my 77 year old neighbor here for lunch and they was no one else in the restaurant. They served us food that had been under the heat lamp instead of dropping our orders fresh. The food was still warm but, not hot so it got cold very quickly.
